Removing /Dismentling existing Asbestos cement sheet at roof and cladding upto 15m height including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 200 mtr. lead as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and painting with Epoxy Paint (two or more coats) for Roof trusses and Structural steel work using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacture specifications including a priming coat, preparation of surface and etching with 10%commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary an neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping,applying sand paper,filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc.complete all as per manufactures Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 200micron dry film thickness(50 micron primer coat and 150 micron finishing coat ). contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheeta etc. at his cost for testing film thickness complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing 6mm thick Non asbestos cement corrugated roof and cladding sheets , reinforced with High Impact Polypropylene (HIPP) fibres , Everest Hi-Tech or other approved equivalent make of PVA fibres and coated with high quality acrylic emulsion paint two coats over a coat of primer Top & bottom, the rate includes providing and fixing Corner /Unserrated adjustable hips/flashing 90 DEGREE Angular ridges, cladding, profile ridges ( High Impact Polypropylene fiber reinforced Everest ) side lap shall be minimum one and half corrugations & 150mm end to end lap over a roof & cladding at site. as per site dimensions including cutting, altering, J bolt , EPDM washer, sealent & scaffolding etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. note:- the measurment for roofing sheet actually laid shall be taken for the finished work in superficial areas flat in the plain of the roof and not girthed. the laps between corrugated sheets both at ends and at the side shall not measured.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing wind tie of SS flats using 304 grade Stainless Steel of approved size, make and quality by cutting to required size, drilling of holes, welding, including cost of fasteners , fixing at site etc. for wind tie protection over the top of roof including scaffolding where ever necessary as per drawings, specifications complete. Note: 1) The joints, which has to be sealed with suitable silicone sealant to prevent the heat transfer outside to inside and prevent rain water seepage. 2) Spacing of SS fasteners as instructed by EIC or as per design requirement. Note: SS flat weight alone will be measured on weight basis for payment. 3) The Testing of SS material is in the scope of contractor for chemical and mechanical properties. 4) The SS flat ties shall be fastened using Class 3 (as per AS3566) of size asper design, galvanized hex self - drilling fasteners with of approved make and quality including EPDM / neoprene washer on each crest of sheets for connecting with purlins/GIRTHS etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge. 5) Fastening system with washers has to be got approved by EIC.

Providing, Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricatiog, hoisting, placing and fixing in position Structural steel members like trusses, purlins, staircase handrails, ladders etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coats of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging requird for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Lifting device arrangements if any requird also arraged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing single skin Trapezoidal profiled Bare galvalume Roof sheeting of 730 -1020mm cover width 28-32 mm crests depth at 186-250 c/c ( Above 195 mm c/c crest distance there will be minimum 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening). The feed material is manufactured out of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal thickness) Hi-Tensile steel with min. 550Mpa yield strength coated with hot dip metallic zinc-aluminium alloy coating Zincalume AZ-150 (as per AS1397) as 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides of Zinc ( 45 %) & Aluminium (55%). The Steel manufacturers test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval prior to installation. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer on the back of the sheet at every 1 metre c/c for conforming genuinity of the material. The steel sheet shall be fastened using Class 3 (as per AS3566) of size as per design, galvanized hex self-drilling fasteners of approved make (TATA bluescope or equivalent) and quality including EPDM/neoprene washer on each crest of sheets for connecting with purlins (or as per design). Note 1: For roofing sheet only laid area shall be measured and paid for (laps etc., shall not be measured). The sheeting shall be generally laid in accordance with Technical Specifications and Contractor shall ensure water tightness at joints and at all locations and sheeting shall be roll formed at site without any end laps. Note 2: The contractor is to submit design and workshop drawings and take approval on the sheet profile, design and detail before installation of the sheets from the Engineer-in-charge. The measurement shall be based on per unit of finished/ covered surface area.

Providing and fixing wind operated turbo extractor (Aluminium) along with suitable base in FRP matching to the roofing profile. Necessary flashings to make the interface between the sheet and the turbo base should be considered of following throat dia. 600 mm and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Turbo ventilator fixing with roof sheet should have sufficient overlap and leak tighness.

Providing ,fixing & removing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge.The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
