Construction Of Anganwadi Building No.1 At Chambharkhind, V.P.Chambharkhind, Taluka - Mahad, Dist -Raigad

ITEM NO.1:- Excavation for foundation in earth soils of all sorts sand gravel or soft murum including removing the excavated materials upto a distance of 50 M. beyond the buildingg area and lifts upto 1.50 Metres, stacking and spreading as directed including dewatering unless provided elwhere, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary backfilling, ramming, watering complete excluding shoring and structting.

ITEM NO.2:- Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in layers of 15 cm each including filling voids with sand, ramming, watering etc. complete.

ITEM NO.3:- Providing and laying in situ. cement concrete in proportion M-10 of trap metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water manually, forwork,compacting and curing.

ITEM NO.4:- Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap stones in cement morter 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner wall including bailing out ater manually, striking joints on unexposed faces and watering complete.

iTEM No.5:-Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C.coping to plinth or parapet and sill of doors and windows moulded as per detailed drawings or chamfered as approved by the Engineer including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compacting , curing , finishing and roughening them if special finish is to be provided and curing complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

ITEM NO.6:- Filling in plinth and floors with approved excavated materials in 15 cm to 20 cm layers including watering and compaction complete. Spec. No.: Bd.A.10 Page No. 262

Item No.7:-Providing Second class Burnt Brick Masonry with conventional/I.S.type brick in cement mortr 1:6 in superstructure, including striking joints,racking out jouints, watering and scaffolding etc. complete.

ITEM NO.8:- Providing & casting in situ cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. beams and lintels as per detailed designs & drawings or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks compaction & roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided & curing complete. (Excluding reinforcement)

ITEM NO.9:-Providing structural steel work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracings, gusset plates etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed, including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted / bolted / welded connection and one coat of anticurrosive paint and over it two coats of oil paiting of approved quality and shade complete.

ITEItem No.10:- Providing and fixing 6.00 mm thick ISI mark Asbestos Cement Corrugated sheet roofing including galvanised iron 'J' or 'L' hook bolts galvanised iron band bituminous G.I. washers, galvanised iron clamps, bolts, nuts and scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.11:- Providing and fixing 6 mm thick ISI mark Asbestos Cement ridge capping for roofing including galvanised iron hooks, bolts, galvanised iron and bituminous washers, galvanised iron clamps, bolts, nuts including scaffolding etc. complete.

ITEM NO.12:-Providing and casting in situ cement concreteM-20 of trap/ granite / quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. slabs and landings as per detailed designs and drawings including centering, formwork, cover blocks compacting and roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing complete. (Excluding reinforcement) Spec. No.: Bd.F.8 Page No. 302 and B.7, Page No.38

Item nO.13:-Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

ITEM NO.14:-Providing and fixing solid core flush door shutter in single leaf of 35 mm thick, decorative type of exterior grade as per detailed drawing without veneer, all necessary beads, moulding and lipping, brass oxidized / alluminium with powder coating fixtures & fasteningswith mortise lock, chromium plated handles on both sides and finishing with French polishing etc. complete. (Without frame)

ITEM NO.15:-Providing sills of polished Kadappa stone 25mm to 40 mm thick, on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joints with slurry, curing polishing and cleaning complete. Spec. No.: Bd.M.29 Page No. 391

iTEM No.16;-Providing and Fixing 32 mm thick One piece single moulded puff ABSTRONE BUTADYNE STYRINE (ABS) Door shutter for internal use including toilets made up of outer ABS sheet of 1.2 mm thick having puff insulation of 35 to 40 Kg/Cum.density and 10 mm dia.for steel bars 2 Nos., wooden block to receive fixtures, having M.S. hinges 100 mm length, M.S. handles 150 mm length and 10 mm dia sliding door bolt etc. complete

ITEM NO.17:-Providing and fixing in position. (as per I.S.1868 / 1982) Aluminium sliding window of two tracks with rectangular pipe 63 x 38.10 x 1.22 mm at weight 0.650 kg/Rmt. and window frame bottom track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.20 mm at weight 0.695 kg/Rmt. Top and side track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.20 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. Inter locking section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.469 kg/Rmt. And handle section 52 x 18 x 1.13 mm at weight 0.488 kg/Rmt. and top section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. As per detailed drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge with all necessary Aluminium sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick plain glass with all required screws and nuts etc, complete. with powder coating Spec. ITEM NO.18:-Providing and fixing steel louvered windows / ventilators (IS std.) of various sizes as per detailed drawing without hot dip zinc coating including fabrication with approved type and quality all fixtures and fastening without teak wood boxing including finishing with one coat of primer and two coats of oil painting etc. complete. (Sample to be got approved from Ex. Engineer before use)

ITEM NO.19:-Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in a single coat in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete surface in all position including scaffolding and curing

Item No.20:-Providing internal cement plaster 20mm thick in two coats in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc.complete.

ITEM NO.21:-Providing and laying matt finish ceramic tiles of having size 30 cm x 30 cm confirming to I.S.15622/2006 (group D II-A) and 7 to 8 mm thick for flooring in required position laid on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with white/colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete.

Item NO.22:-Providing and laying ceramic tiles of having size 30 cm. x 30 cm. and confirming to corresponding I.S. for dado and skirting in required position with readymade adhesive mortar of approved quality on plaster of 1:2 cement mortar including joint filling with white/ colour cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete.

ITEM NO.23:-Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators, etc. -15 kg/sq.m as per drawing including fixtures necessary welding and painting with one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting complete. Spec. No.: Bd.U.1 Page No. 537

ITEM NO.24:-Providing and fixing Indian type white glazed earthenware 625 mm water closet pan including "P" trap, white earthenware foot rests, Cast Iron soil and vent pipes upto the outside face of the wall including 100 mm. diameter cast iron plug bend, cement concrete bedding, 10 litres fibre/UPVC high level flushing cistern of approved quality and make with fittings, inlet pipe with stop tap, brackets for fixing the cistern, 32 mm. diameter UPVC flush pipe with fittings and clamps, 20 mm diameter galvanised iron overflow pipe with mosquito proof coupling, galvanised iron chain and pull, painting to the cistern and exposed pipes and cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. complete. (Exclusing waterproof brick bat coba)

ITEM NO.25:-Providing and laying 100 mm dia salt glazed stoneware pipe including fittings such as bends, tees, single junction, double junctions laying, jointing (including excavation and refilling the trenches) complete. Spec. No.: Bd.V.39, Page No. 573

ITEM NO.26:-Providing and constructing Brick Masonry Inspection chamber 60 x 45 cm and 45 to 90 cm in depth including 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation, 1:2:4 cement concrete channels, brick masonry, plastering from inside and outside as required in cement mortar 1:3 and airtight RCC lid with frame fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 curin, testing etc. complete.

ITEM NO.27:-Providing flush grooved pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for stone masonry including scaffolding and curing complete. Spec. No.: Bd. L.15 Page No. 372

ITEM NO.28:-Providing & applying washable oil-bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old & new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (excluding the primer coat.) complete. Spec. No.: Bd. P.5 Page No. 413

ITEM NO.33:- Providing, laying and fixing P.V.C. pipe of 20mm dia. with fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, clamps, etc. including necessary excavation, trench filling etc. complete. Including removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete.

ITEM NO.34:-Providing and fixing 90 cm x 60 cm Marble plate engraving 10 cm. height letter, figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete

ITEM NO.35:-Test for Bricks:- Water Absorption test, Compressive strength, efflorescence

ITEM NO.36:-Test for fine aggregate:- Fineness modulus, Silt Clay content

ITEM NO.37:-Reimbrsement of royalty charge if contractor Provides original challan from revenue department Sand
