Material & Labour for disengaging motor from gear box,flexible coupling & turbine and blades from aeration tank ,complete Maintenance and Overhualing of surface aerator at STP complete greasing of movable parts,bearing, gear box,& associated SS-316 nut bolts and washers , Refixing and recommissioning of surface aerator with motor in proper alignments and recommissioning and test run from authorised rep of company of company and testing the pump set to the complete satisfaction & all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair CI foot valve 80 mm dia with flange end with replacement of existing foot valve.of make: L&T/Zoloto/BIR ,complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for preparation of surface for board painting on MS display board of size 5x3 feet or more by scratching the board with emby paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of blue colour as approved and letter writing with white radium paint having font of size 3" to 1 inch including necessary fabrication/welding work of board, flling metal, applying support metal structure wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-ln- Charge. Note: Painting of all display boards (Approx 10 nos. ) at E/M installations under AGE E/M at various location in Domestic area Technical Area, Raksha Nagar are deemed to be considered as 1 job.

M & L for cleaning the sludge line of CI pipe of 150mm dia from final settling tank to sludge pump (Appx length 25mtr) and removing sludge, blockages, deposites etc by using mechanical cleaners, strings, brushes etc.for proper flow of effluent for the functioning of installation all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
