Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification. One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/ fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25x50mm maximum center to center distance of 600mili metr perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cemetn concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled fromunder side to give smooth,s eamles sceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels.
