Construction of Footpath and maintenance of open and services land at I/A Sardarshahar, Churu

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land, Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201., By Manual Means, In area of non-thorny jungle

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 305.3.4 as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3.11

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300-1 and 300-2 for embankment construction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.4

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH Specification Clause 401. For Grading I Material

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MoRTH specifications Clause 1702, 1703, 2102 & 2104, Nominal mix 1:3:6

Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 Category A Denated units to key into each other on four faces zigzag shape as per IRC SP 63:2004

Add extra over rates of item No. 11.38, A to C if colored paver blocks are used

Supply & fixing of M-20 grade precast cement concrete Kerb or Dand upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing earth work, pointing & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 of size, (22.5 x 25) x 30 cm 2

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).
