| 6.00 | The area of repair should be properly assessed before taking up the following stages of repair, Scaffolding will be erected with proper bracing to the designated height by checking the vertically and using proper MS Pipes also providing platform at various levels to enable the repair. The concrete surface will be examined for loose and spalled portions and the same will be removed with the help of chisel & hammer. Perfect preparation of substrate is essential for optimum performance of repair. The surface and the reinforcement should be water washed by removing all laitance and other contaminants hampering the adhesion of the repair concrete mortar. Prepare the final surface free from dust and debris and to a rough profile with at-least 5mm level difference between surface troughs and peaks. Rebars if corroded beyond 85% the same should be replaced with ribbed Fe500 rods in places of extreme corrosion. Replacement of the affected part of rebars will be necessary if the diameter is found reduced by more than 20% of the original diameter. Apply Two component anti-corrosion for steel reinforcement using before concrete repair. The clean substrate must be alkaline (pH above 9.5) and free of other contaminants. The primed area shall be filled with single component, Dual shrinkage compensated micro-concrete of FosrocRenderoc RG mixed with small aggregates Ratio of 1:0.5, if travel applied area FosrocRenderoc SP 40 depth 50 to 75mm average thick. | 7.1 | Sq.m | 7,579 ₹53,810.9 | 7,651 ₹54,322.1 | 7,508 ₹53,306.8 Lowest |
