Supply and laying in replacement in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole 11000 volts grade PVC/ XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS :1554(Part- I) / IS 7098 (Part- I)with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finding out the fault to under ground HT cable by cable fault locator machine or manually excavation and rectify the fault and laying the cable as before in the trenches all as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Material i.e Jointing kit will be paid seperatly and all labour/fixing charges/rectification is included in the rate.

Maintenance of Ring main unit of any make, 11.0 KV Grade, 630 Amps by licensed electrician including the following:- (a) Switiching off RMU and conforming that supply to incomming end is properly disconnecte. (b) Opening covers of the RMU and visual checking of epoxy housing and all parts for rust and wear. (c) Cleaning all parts of breaker compartment with appropriate chemical to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the vacuum interrupeter and insulating material with a clean and dry cloths. (d) Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of grease/ petrolium jelly/ machine oil as applicable. (e) Checking of PTs, CTs control circuits, closing and tripping coil and all other parts. (f) Replacement of detective or less reliable parts from OEM (to be measured and paid separately). (g) Cheaking auxilliary supply and control voltage, control circuits and tightening of all conections. Note : 1. After servicing of RMU, Health check up reports will be submitted.

Maintenance of Vaccum circuit Breaker of any make, 11.0 KV Grade, 200 to 630 Amps by licensed electrician including the following:- (a) Switiching off VCB and conforming that supply to incomming end is properly disconnecte. (b) Opening covers of the VCB and visual checking of epoxy housing and all parts for rust and wear. (c) Cleaning all parts of breaker compartment with appropriate chemical to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the vacuum interrupeter and insulating material with a clean and dry cloths. (d) Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of grease/ petrolium jelly/ machine oil as applicable. (e) Checking of PTs, CTs control circuits, closing and tripping coil and all other parts. (f) Replacement of detective or less reliable parts from OEM (to be measured and paid separately).
