Structural Conservation of the Temples of Nilamadhava and Siddheswara at Gandharadhi, Dist: Boudh

Item No.1: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior and interior side of Jagamohan and main Temples, up to 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter at Nilamadhab and Sidheswar Gandharadi.

Item No. 2: Raking out stone joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Site-in-Charge at Jagamohan and main Temples of Nilamadhab and Sidheswar Gandharadi.

Item No. 3 :Drilling holes of 12mm dia up to 300mm depth and fixing nozzle for PMC Grout in the inner chambers for fill the gaps, voids, cavities, in the inner face for consolidation at Nilamadhab and Sidheswar Temple, Gandharadi, DistBoudh

Item No. 4 : PMC Grouting of roof area with acrylic polymer emulsion added with OPC one part having polymer loading 10% with appropriate dose non shrink powder 0.05 part (Cebex) and plastic sizer 0.05 part having pressure 0.2 to 0.5 Kg/Sqm at Jagamohan and main Temple of Nilamadhab and Sidheswar Temple, Gandharadi DistBoudh.

Item No.5: Provision of recess pointing remains ancient structures temples and floor with mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Brick Surkhi :1 Course Sand) with mixing natural adhesive and use 10% of Polymer including cleaning of joints and water curing at Jagamohan, Main Temple and floor of Nilamadhab and Siddheswar Temple, Gandharadi, Dist: Boudh

Item No.6: Lime terracing on roof, floor of Jagamohan and Garvagriha with lime concrete (2:2:7) (2 lime putty/ paste : 2 Surki : 7 brick khoa) laid to proper slope, thoroughly beaten and cured including top finishing, providing ghoondies at junction with parapet etc., shaping and finishing at mouths of rain water pipes, complete as per direction.

Item No.7: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In lime mortar with additional lead of 100 m

Item No.9: Provision for Replacement of old sunken, damaged and weathered Sand stone flooring of size (0,60x0.40x0.20)m flooring by 60% new dressed sand stone and 40% old stone obtained from approved quarry, with a wearing coat of 25 mm thick mortar 1:1;1 (1 lime:1 sand: 1 surkhi) etc , complete as directed by Engineer in charge at Main temple Jagamohan and grabagriha of Nilamadhaba & Sidheswara.

Item No.11: Dismantling cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material with in 50 meters lead as per direction of engineer –in charge

Item No.12: Providing 2nd class seasoned teak wood work in frames and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Item No.14: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In lime mortarProviding and fixing of teak door required hinges, screw, tire bolt etc

Item No.17: Providing stainless steel box beams below the cracked lintel of the temple with ss 304 grade stainless steel including welding hoisting and fixing at the adjoining walls. as per the approved drawings .

Item No.18: Supplying and providing 20 mm diameter bars of 304 grade stainless steel fully threaded including nuts and washers of the same grade for use as anchor bars for required length (1.5 m. to 2 m. approximately) including 25 mm core drilling using non vibratory precision drilling instrument.
