Cleaning of blockage of any type of wc (Indian/pedestal) from WC pan to Ist manhole in single/double storied bldg including resetting/ refitting of asccess door in soil pipe where open without causing any damage to the wc pan 'P' OR 'S' trap and pipe including fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of any type in Nahani trap provided in bath room, kitchen and indoor water pipe of kitchen sinks and WHB and removing all the sludge and foreign material from the trap and waste pipe from blocked trap to gully trap/ surface drain wherever opened or without causing any damage to the trap and pipe including fitting distance of gully trap from outer wall of bldg upto 2m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Manholes which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc complete removaing the sludge from manhole including manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines which are blocked /filled with sludge, semi solid/ material etc by roding manholes to manholes manually or by sewage cleaning machine without causing any damage to sewage line / manholes manholes covers taking out and refixing the covers and removing the sludge to a non inhabitant area or buried into ground all as specified for 50 dia of pipe but n.exc 75 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4 above but 100 dia of pipe

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipes, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm interrnal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhols, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, incl. spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n. exc. 50Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of Brick masonry, built in cement mortar including coping etc of manholes/septic tank or any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls, racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces or fair surface face of brick work in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick (in two layer of 10mm+5mm) rendering on stone / Brick masonary surface in CM (1:4) finished fair & even using water proofing comound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, benchings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 415 or Fe 500 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or trench in repair incl all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 75 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or trench in repair incl all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 150mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall or trench in repair incl all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, 110mm PVC (SWR) Bends (any radius), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, in repair 75mm PVC (SWR) Bends (any radius), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement to connect waste pipe and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S&F in repair 32mm dia PVC waste pipe 90cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixed in repair, Vitreous china wash down water closet pan white (excl fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel CP or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern 10ltr capacity white with all internal fittings and CP handles knob/push including brackets PVC connection 45cm long including nut and PVC washer at both ends with brass chromium plated coupling 32mm bore including 32mm bore PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm longcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orrisa pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rests including P or S trap provision of concrete bedding in repair (Fixed in repairs) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).
