Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Solar Water Heating System with (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat exchanger type capacity of 100 LPD , with electrical heating back up of 2 KW the hot water tank insulated with 100 mm thick Rock Wool of density 48 Kg / Cum the insulation fixed on outside the tank using chicken wire mesh and vapour barrier and top of the isulation, aluminium cladding with 26 SWG aluminium sheet shall be provided with weather proof joints to prevent any seepage of water / water vapour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 25 mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R Polypropelene random co polymer pipes confirming to DIN 8078, and to be anti-bacterial , concealed pipes SDR - 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilised, welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropelene random fittings fixed to surface / concealed in wall / roof floor etc including necessary cutting chesses in stone / brick / concrete wall surfaces and making good with matching colour with the existing surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres triple layered with ISI marked as in make up tank for solar water heater complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screwing / threading existing steel tubing of size 25 or 32 mm for alterations or additions (each screwing to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of size outer dia 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Bib taps 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed including suitable fittings such as nipple, reducer socket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay on roof / walls galvanized iron tubes "medium grade 25 mm bore including accessory fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting existing steel tubing of size 25 to 32 mm dia for alterations or additions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Framed work such as grills gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade,multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 4.0 sq mm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories surface / concealed in wall /roof floor etc including necessary cutting chesses in stone / brick/ concrete wall and making good with matching colour with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.. Note:- Two runs of 4 sqmm conductor cable, one run of 4.0 sq mm earth continuity conductor cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any desscription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures MCB DB SPN two way 240 volts rating complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN, 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA rupturing capacity, C series complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil add to item No 15 above for each additional 1.5 mtr or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind of soil in layers not exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specefied and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying & testing insulated XLPE UG cable 1100 volts grade, armoured confirming to relevant IS specifcations with aluminum conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type LT feeder pillar box platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating not less then 300 amps, Spreader link to incoming / outgoing MCCB for termination of incoming / outgoing cable and Aluminium connecting bars of suitable size (R-Y-B-N) for out going cables, duly fabricated in a CPRI approved / certified factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 2.0 mm thick gland plate and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) with locking facility and mild steel angle (50 x 50 x 5 mm) legs of length 30 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar box shall be comprising of the followings :- (Make CPRI Approved)

(i) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps, 35 KA, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, with Thermal - Magnetic Release Type - 01 No

(ii) Change Over Switch 160 Amps, front operated, open execution type - 01 No (Make :L&T/Standard /Schneider/Legrand

(v) LED indicating lamps with holder for main supply-1 Set of 3 (R-Y-B)

(vi) Instrumental control wiring and MCB 3 Amps - 03 Nos

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of brazing etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- (1) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cover 50 mm thick reinforced cover with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / sqm, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified in Ser. Page Nos. 422 & 423 of SSR Part-II. (2) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (3) All the joints should be brazed only brass nuts / bolts/ washers can be used in the test point.

S&F all in one integrated Solar Smart LED Street light fitting 1 x 90 Watt, Solar panel of 6 Volts 12 W Polycrystalline type should be on the top of the fitting with Lithium- Ferrous Battery of 24 AH , pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP - 66 protection, uniform distribution including suitable GI pipe bracket / clamps etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles with M.S base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws as specified type 410 SP- 31 (9 mtrs long ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation, copping etc will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, coping of poles , for embedding stay rod including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping / platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation / platform / pedestal / stay wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm dia light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole / crossing nallah etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100 mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately
