Cleaning of common services and areas:

The agency shall be responsible to keep the common corridors, stairs,Additional lift and stair block, roof, mumty, lifts, shafts of Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. parking & roads around Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. etc. neat and clean by means of daily brooming,washing etc. Provide the dustbeen on each floor having capacity 150 Ltr. for collecting the garbage & when ever required including disposal of garbage and daily waste by erector trolley or other means. Agency shall also ensure that the cleanliness is maintained just outside the campus around these blocks. (All equipments required for the work shall be arranged by the agency at his cost.) one sweeper for each block for one year (7 blocks X 1 Sweeper X 12 Months)

The agency shall be responsible for maintaining the sewer line in operational condition including time to time cleaning of anholes,chambers,GTs etc. (All equipments required for the work shall be arranged by the agency at his cost.) (2 Nos. sweeper per month for 12 Months)

The agency shall be responsible for the cleaning of over head water tanks once in three months & cleaning date should be mentioned on over head tanks by the agency. Every over head water tank should be covered if any cover found dameged agency should be provided on his cost. (All equipments required for the work shall be arranged by the agency at his cost.) (2 Nos. person per month for 12 Months)

Lift cum Fire Fighting Personal : The agency shall provide Lift cum fire fighting personal who will be responsible for the smooth and proper functioning of the all the lifts and fire fighting system round the clock for the Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. He will immediately report any fault in the operation of lifts and / or fire fighting system to the Agency responsible for their annual maintainance. He will also ensure that the generator / power back up for the lifts starts immediately in case of power failure. In case of any emergengy / failure of generator or power back up / failure of automatic rescue device he will ensure the safe exit of any person trapped in the lift by manually manuovering the lift to the nearest floor. (Misc. articals such as bulb, LED lights damaged in lift should provided by the agency) (2 Nos. operator per month for 12 Months)

Electrician: The agency shall provide electrician who shall be responsible for maintaining the lighting ,electricity & wiring for the common services & areas and all the lifts of Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2, water supply pumps, diesel pump set for the fire fighting system, generator etc. He will be also responsible for switching on and off the lights in the common services & areas of Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. (required all equipments & Material for maintenance purchased / arranged by the agency at his cost) (2 Nos. Electrician per month for 12 Months)

Plumber: The agency shall provide plumber who shall be responsible for maintaining the water supply & external water supply system and repair of all leakege in shafts for the Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. maintaining & operating the timely operation of water supply pump for filling the overhead water tanks and fire fighting water tanks for the Block B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 & A2. (required all equipments & Material for maintenance purchased / arranged by the agency at his cost) (2 Nos. Plumber per month for 12 Months)
