Taking down aluminium door shutter of any description, taking out double action floor spring machine, hydraulically regulated, cleaning, oiling, easing and adjusting to make fully functional and refixed in the position including refixing shutter all as specified and as directed. Note:- Store required if any shall be paid separately in relevant items.

Taking down rolling shutter of any description and size replace the old tension spring, worn out hood cover, replacement of worn out curtain steel lathe etc and other unserviceable parts and refix the shutter in position after repair and make the shutter fully functional after oiling and greasing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
