Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soild not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Wet Mix Macadam (Table:400-13): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406)

Prime coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 111, 112, 502 & 900 of MORTH Vth Revision - over WMM/ WBM

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 111, 112, 503, 900 of MORTH Vth Revision - over granular surfaces treated with primer

Providing laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet of compacted 20mm thickness using using 0.0162 cum of 13.20-11.20mm, 0.1404 cum of 11.2-5.6mm, 0.0729 cum of 5.60 2.80mm, 0.0405 cum of 2.80mm and below (Type B) graded HBG metal using 19kg of VG30 bitumen for 10sqm including premixing at CMP, conveyance by tipper lorry, laying by paver finisher and rolling by Vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of all T&P all labour charges, fuel and and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 508 of MORTH Rev-5

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand,silt or loose soil,wet sand or silt not under water,light black cotton soil,sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth, Hard stiff clay, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, soft disintegrated rock,laterite,soft rock or kankar not requiring blasting including clearing,levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (open excavation)

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sandEight metal) broken hard granite course aggregate 40mm size and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement Three M sand six metal) broken hard granite course aggregate 40mm size and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with technical specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10BG Stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm c/c etc.,complte complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is uncluding the cost and conveyance of all materials to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete (For below Ground level)

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involced in the schedule including cost of steel ,cost of fabrication,labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening,cutting,bending,tying grills including over lapping to the required length wheenever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for spacer bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Reinforced cement concrete Mix 1:1.5:3 (one Cement one and half Msand three metal )using 20mm broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as direected by the departmental offficers.

Providing and fixing of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, mandatory and Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC 67:2010 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67:2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer in charge. High intensity Retro-Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2012. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2012 (as per MORT&H Spec. No.801)

Providing and erecting direction and place identfication retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheet vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting, 200 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.90 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with means of M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801
