Gypsum Board false Ceiling: Providing, fabrication and fixing in position of false ceiling at a height of 8 to 10’-0” from floor (or the height will be decided on the spot as per site conditions) by fixing 12 mm Th. Gypsum Board sheets on frame work of GI sheet section. The main runners of 22 gauge GI sheet and cross runners of 24 gauge GI sheet must be framed to form a mesh of 2’0”x2’0” c/c. The Gypsum Board must be fixed to the GI frame and joint to be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tape to get a leveled sooth ceiling. Recessing of the Gypsum Board for light fixtures must be done along with extra frame work of GI sheet section to hold the concealed light fixtures etc. including cost of two or more coats to give an even shade of plastic paint on ceiling with putty work complete with designer ceiling (with part ply,laminate and cove) as required and directed by Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing rajshree or equivalent PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5 mm consisting of panels having size of 1220x2440mm stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet. The strips should have in their center of gove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal in terval of 10'' between two PVC strips. the pvc strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screws through the grove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panel for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and corresponding of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall optionally a strip of 5 mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined using solvent cement.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.
