Empty bore of 450mm dia up to 15Mtr. depth from GL including supply of rig, tripod & other accessories which are required for boring & ascertained the soil strata up-to 20Mtr. Depth, in every 1.00Mrt. the status of soil should be collected & submitted to the Office with supply of all labour, materials, T&P taxes all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

Boring, Providing and installation DMC concrete piles of C.C. (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm chips of 450mm dia up to length of 15.0Mtr. below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, boring with providing, cutting, placing, bending, binding of 6nos of 16mm Tor steel as main reinforcement and 8mm Tor steel as main reinforcement and 8mm tor steel as striups @ 150mm C/C of RINL/VIZAG/SAIL/TISCON make as per IS 1786. The main reinforcement should be exposed upto 500mm to 600mm beyond the cutoff level at pile.with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of pile to be embaded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using DIRECT MUD CIRCULATION(DMC) method, with all accessories Biler, chisel, tripod, single or double drum winch machine, DMC pipe etc all complete, including removing the excavated earth with all lead and lift (length of the pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap), including mixing, hoisting and pouring of concrete to the pile, with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties,Including GST higher and running charge for DMC accessories etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST).NB:(a) Payment shall be made from cutt off level.(b) Any excess or less length beyond the specification length in this item the rate shall be paid propertionately to the rate quoted for this perticular item.(c) The cost of steel included in the pile. There is no extra payment will be made towards main reinforcement and striups for pile.

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed & bore Compaction piles of 300mm diameter and 9.0mtr. length below pile cap in R.C.C.(1:1.5:3) , to carry a safe working load not less than specified,boring with providing, cutting, placing, bending, binding of 6nos of 16mm Tor steel as main reinforcement and 8mm Tor steel as main reinforcement and 8mm tor steel as striups @ 150mm C/C of RINL/VIZAG/SAIL/TISCON make as per IS 1786. The main reinforcement should be exposed upto 500mm to 600mm beyond the cutoff level at pile. including the cost of steel reinforcement , including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. Conducting Initial load test as per IS-2911(Part-IV) for testing of pile including Kantiledge of required load & supply of all testing equipments including cost & construction of required length of pile as specifiec in Sl. No. 02 & test pile cap & dismentaling the kantiledge after completion of the test & submitted the test report as per IS-2911(Part-IV) with supply of all labours, materials, T&P, taxes, cost of pile etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Excluding GST).NB: Applied load is 2.50 times of the design load.

Routin load test for the working piles including kantiledge of required load as per IS-2911(Part-IV) for testing of pile & supply of all testing equipments including cost & constructing of test pile cap & dismentaling the same after completion of the test as specifiec in Sl. No. 02 & test pile cap & dismentaling the same after completion of the test & submitted the test report as per IS-2911(Part-IV) with supply of all labours, materials, T&P, taxes, cost of pile etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Excluding GST)NB: Applied load is 1.50 times of the design load.

Providing and applying of 3mm thick A.P.P water proofing memberance black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 Lit./Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 Kg./Lit. anf viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butan torch and sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5CM tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto-2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147 including of 100mm lapping after making the surface free form loose particles, oil grease, fungus or any other contaminantes and painting two coats of aluminum paint over the membrane including cost and supply of all materials, T&P, Lqabour,All taxes etc.with all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. Providing and applying termite treatment to soil under floors at the junction of floors and walls, floor surface where construction defects are noticed, at construction joint and at expansion joint in all floor by drilling 12mm holes vertically at 300mm interval to reach the soil below and squirted chemical emulsion into these hole using a hand operated pressure pump and the holes then sealed with white cement. The existing wood work in the building in contact with floor and walls which is infested by termites will be treated by spraying chemical emulsion at the point of contact with adjoining machinery by drilling 6mm hole at the choukaths angle about 45 at the joint of wood work including all cost of insecticide, labour, transportation. taxes, staging, scaffolding etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Excluding GST) NB:- 1. Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.55 mm, placed @ 610 mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm.
