Annexure- A, Site Development

Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation along with its leveling fine dressing and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size crushed/broken) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 above plinth level upto floor-V level: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Annexure- B, Civil Work

All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size crushed)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface completewith in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works above plinth level upto floor V level with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm Cement plaster in ceiling 1:3(1cement:3 sand) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ sqm)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional two coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S.
