Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of UG cable, GI/DI pipes, foundation, etc area not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning and covering with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, locally available best quality bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical nuematic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 100mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusing of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. 2. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

Taking down unserviceable HT lightning arrestor and supply & fixing new HT suitable for 11000 Volts grade metal oxide type (expulsion type) lightning arrestor with all acessories clamps for foxing, connection, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps complete all as directed.

Taking down damaged DO fuse assembly and supply & fixing new DO fuse assembly expulsion type fuse single pole 11000 Volts grade of current rating above 50 to Amps, mounted on 2 number insulators and steel frame work, connection with GOD using ACSR conductor jumpering wires and outgoing HT cables all as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted rusted steel/iron surfaces of 9 metre steel tubular electric pole including cross arms other acessories/fittings by scraping properly and applying one coat of aluminium paint including rewriting pole number using suitable tint paint making circular shape background and painting using synthetic enamel paint upto 80 cm height fron the top of coping with multicolour strips as per colour code complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted rusted steel/iron surfaces of three pole structure (ie three 11 metre electric pole and steel member frame works, cross arms and other acessories/fittings) by scraping properly and applying one coat of aluminium paint including rewriting pole number using suitable tint paint making circular shape background complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including taking down old rusted/damaged cross asrms complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 150 mm height 150mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disc type insulator (white or brown), porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor worjing pressure 11000 volts grade all as directed.

Fabricate, install and testing in replacement factory made, outdoor type weather proof having both side openable hinged door shutters with locking arrangement of size 60cm x 45cm x 45cm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated paint inside and outside, welded with 4 Nos angle iron legs of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 100cm long duly painted with two coats of black enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and errected in PCC 1:3:6, type C2 foundation/platform at suitable depth including bolts & nuts andinternal connection using suitable size copper conductor cable complete with the following accessories:- (a) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 25 kA, 100 Amps Capacity with thermal load release relay- 1 No (for incoming) (b) Bus bar chamber shall have 200 Amp rated copper strip Bus Bar with heat shrinkable insulating sleeve, size 30x5mm, 4 Nos of required length supported on FRP insulators, internal wiring for indicators with 10sqmm copper cable single core of required length. (c) Indicator lamps with LED bulbs for R,Y & B with copper cable wiring - 01 Set.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of 32 x 6 mm up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, watering pipe and 32 mm bore GI pipe, light grade for protection of earth strip, MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm , 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways and with MS handle made out of 12 mm dia bars, funnel , wire mesh etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete.

Taking down and lowering the serviseable/new column pipe by using boring lifting mechanical crane incl necessary lifting tools/accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of column pipe with collars shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only pipe galvanised 50 mm dia "Heavy class" including fittings, IS : 3589 Gr 330, lowering into bore well all as directed.

Rewinding of submersible motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, using supper enamelled PVC insulated copper winding wire including appropriate class of insulation to the existing class and testing on full load after complete re-installation to the satisfaction of Eng-in-charge. Note:- (a) Testing of submersible pump set to be carried out at MES Pump House without extra cost before installation into borewell (b) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive the cost element of removing and refixing of motor before and after rewinding/servicing.

Conducting examination/detection of water level in existing borewell by using borewell camera or any other suitable means, measuring borewell depth, recording all the activities in a CD form and submiting to AGE E/M complete all as directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.

Dismantling water suction pipe line of 100/150mm dia from pump set and underground sump, dismantling unserviceable foot valve for repair and refixing the same after repair or replace unserviceable foot valve with new foot valve of 100/150mm dia size with suitable size rubber gasket and nut, bolt and washers as required at site, re-fixing suction line with pump set and into sump, testing for smooth fucntioning after complete installation all as specified and directed. (Note : Foot valve leather washer or new foot valve shall be measured and paid under relevant item)

Supply and fixing in repair cast iron foot valve 100 mm bore dia internally screwed socket type with leather washer and allied accessories all as directed. MAKE :- Kirloskar or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix foot valve leather washer as per existing sample and suitable for 80mm dia flanged type foot valve

Emptying/drainout water completely from 50000 gallon capacity under ground sump, removing scales, cleaning internal walls and bottom surfaces thoroughly by using washing soda and bleaching powder, cleaning with clean clear water to remove the remains of soda/ bleaching powder and applying one coat of black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose to entire internal surfaces of tank/sump as per manufacturer's recommendation and all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Repair of high pressure single head geared motor adjustable chlorine pump including connected accessories all as directed.

Provision of trenchless bore using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine bore of pipe size 200mm bore suitable foe 0.40 mpa working pressure mechanical neumatic drilling equipment for passing water supply pipe line upto 200 mm bore under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusing of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, connected acessories and passing pipe through bore hole. 2. Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. 3. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply, install, lowering into bore well and testing submersible pump set, electric driven 7.5 HP having pumping capacity 105 LPM at 115 Mtrs head directly coupled with 3 Phase, 50Hz & 415 volts electric motor including of 50 RM Submersible cable of 3 Core x 6 Sqmm and suitable starter complete all as specified.
