Supply & fixing of 04 nos. of line shaft of SS,ASTM A 276,type 410 of length 1625mm of diameter 30 mm each with SS sleeve, along with coupler , key and threading on both side including material cost & machining.( Pump P-3)
Supply & fixing of new G. M. bush in gland housing as per sample. (Pump P-3)
Supply and fixing of rubber bush after machining of suction bowl, diffuser assembly & column pipes as per sample (Pump P-3) (01 no, in suction bowl, 02 no. in diffuser assembly & 03 no. in column pipes), (03 Nos. in column pipe of Pump P-1)
Making and fixing of new spider for support of line shaft in pump (P-1 & P-3) as per sample.
Supply and fixing of new round column pipe of length 5 ft. of inner diameter 26 cm of M.S. sheet IS 2062 Grade Fe-410 WA with 8mm thickness with flange at both ends & should be coated of anticorrosive paint for 05 Cs Pump ( P-1 & P-3).
Supply and fixing of Propeller (5 Cs. Pump): Alloy steel, ASTM A 743 A CA6NM Impeller/ Propeller cast in single piece, with Propeller shaft in such a manner as to be readily removable, dynamically balanced with balanced weight duly machined (See Annexure-A) ( Pump P-3).
The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
