Design, Supply, retrofitting, Testing and commissioning of LT modules to Air Circuit Breaker and Providing with Multifunction numerical motor protection relay and MCC panel at Clarifier-1 pertaining to EE (OLA)E Division.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Intending Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such Design, Supply, retrofitting, Testing and commissioning of Air Circuit Breaker (800A or above) works carried out in any Government or Public sector units, amounting to worth not less than of Rs. 22.53 Lakhs during the last five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). ). As a proof of this the bidder shall upload work order and relevant work done certificate issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer / Head of the project/Competent authority. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).

The Bidder shall be a Class II or above Electrical contractor possess a valid Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspectorate of any State government. As a proof, the bidder shall furnish a copy of the relevant document.

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least two financial years an annual financial turnover of value not less than Rs. 45.06 Lakhs during the last five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof, the bidder shall submit turnover certificate/the Profit and Loss account duly certified by the Chartered Accountant for the respective years.
