1.Strengthening the road from Malayandahalli-Mottur, Km. 0/530-0/930 H/o. Kalarpathy @ Malayandahlli, Kalarpathy Panchayat (R.41) -Rs.7.310 Lakhs

Clearing and grubbing (Scrub Jungle) road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking the Existing Wornout BT Surface upto 10cm thick as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Gravel mpacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III(63mm to11.20mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively) and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I(Mix -in - place method) for Top Layer

Applying TACK COAT over WBM surface at 4Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and layiing pre-mix carpet 20mm thickness using 0.18cum of 13.2 IRC machine crushed metal 0.09cum of 11.2mm IRC machine crushed metal with 14.60Kg of Bitumen for pre-mixing 10 sqm of pre-mix carpet and laying separately Seal coat type "A" using .09 cum of 6.70mm IRC HBG chips with 9.80 Kg of Bitumen for 10sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement heating the bitumen boiler heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for pre-mix carpet and rolling by 80-100 KN power roller including labour charges for spreading hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, bitumen boiler, all other tools and plants employed etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standarad specifications and as directed

Filling in basement with conveyed gravel layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete

Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more then 15 cm thick well remed watered and compacted complete complying with standerd specifications

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 X 11 X7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standared specifications (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost)

Supplying & erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of size 90 X 60 cm & 10 gauge stiffened welded with steel angle

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standared spicifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC rooh slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dses

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 X 2 cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 , 12 mm thick with water proofing compound confirming to IS by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic patteren floor finish with plain cement cocrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12mm size hard broken stone jelly and the top rubbed smooth, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed

Fabrication and supply of mild steel door of any required size with double leaf outter frame of 35 X 35 X 5 mm equal MSL angle and shuttering frame made of 25 X 25 X 5 mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shuttering frame etc.,

Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any required size with double leaf outter frame of 35 X 35 X 5 mm equal MSL angle and shuttering frame made of 25 X 25 X 5 mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shuttering frame etc.,
