Disconnecting and dismantling carefully the existing inlet,outlet,wash out and over flow pipes, MS sheet, PS plate of any size and thickness, MS structural steel of any section from the existing PS Tank of capacity 20000 to 30000 Gln including unbolting nuts bolts and washer where ever required from existing PS tanks and making by pass arrangement to continue existing water supply by using GI tubing of required sizes and taking out the said arrangement after completing the work all as directed. (Note : cost of by pass arrangement shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M/L for cleaning of PS storage tank by draining out water, removing of mud and sediments accumulated in bottom of the tank, washing and drying up including clening/washing the bottom/wall surface by using the clening agent and scraping with wire/steel brush carefully and removing spoils to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and directed.of capacity 10000 to 12800 Glns. M&L for cleaning of RCC Over head/above GL storage tank by draining out water, removing of mud and sediments accumulated in bottom of the tank, washing and drying up including clening/washing the bottom/wall surface by using the clening agent and scraping with wire/steel brush carefully and removing spoils to a distance not exceeding 50m all as directed of capacity 3300 to 50000 Glns.( Loc :- Water Point No 3 Nos -02 , 505 ASC - 01Nos, Water Point No 02 - 01 Nos ( Note :- For Item 2 to 6 Contractor will be maintain the Tank clening Register updated after clening of tanks , user unit QM signed and submit the same to Engr In Charge.

Dismantling carefully MS sheet of any size and thickness from the cover of existing PS Tank including unbolting nuts bolts and washer where ever required and shifting the same distance not exceeding 3 km complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable PS plate of any size and any thickness for side or bottom plate of PS tank, fixing with new or old serviceable nuts, bolts and all new jointing materials such as lead wool gasket, black non toxic putty etc complete all as specified and directed. (All new nuts and bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after as supply only).

Supply and fix as in repair/replacment of PS plate of suitable size for exiisting PS Tank PS Plate Length (1.115m to1.25m & Width(1.115m to1.25m) with 6 mm thick for wall/ bottom of tank pre fabricated, factory made including drilling holes, fixing with new nuts, bolts and washers and all new jointing materials such as lead wool gasket black non toxic putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet joint as in cover of PS tank including cutting, drilling hole etc fixing with new or old serviceable nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed, (All new nuts and bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after as supply only).

Fixing only old serviceable structural steel including cutting, drilling hole etc fixing with new or old serviceable nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Note :All new nuts and bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after as supply only).

Supply and fix MS angle, MS flat or MS tee section of grade Fe-410-W cut to required size and shape for bracing, supports and clamps including welding drilling holes, fixing with new or old serviceable nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Note :All new nuts and bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after as supply only).

Supply and fix 5 mm to 10 mm dia of neck MS screw bolt (Machine made) with Hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end to be fitted with two number of washers and one hexagonal nuts for required size of bolts (n.exc 5 cm long) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on old face of brick work or concrete surface on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of Machine spray for preperation of new or old steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth, including cleaning, washing and applying two coats of black bituminous paint anticorossive (suitable for drinking purpose) over a coat of red oxide primer on internal sufaces of PS tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of machine spray for preperation of new or old steel surfaces externally exceeding 10cm width or girth, OG green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on external sufaces of PS tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) of size not exceeding 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of sedimentation tank with Gravity feed filter bed of of size 15x12x3.5 m after draining out complete, clean the surface, bottom, wall, chamber etc by the help of brushes chemical/Acid and taking out all silt, dirt, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement incl leakage testing of galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 150 mm dia bore with all fittings such as bends, flange,elbow, reducer etc,laying/connecting pipe to PS tank through connectors as required at site, laid under floor / trenches all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out soft & loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning fitting in any type of soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair, rectifying and aresting the water leakage in already laid CI pipe line of dia 150/100/80 mm dia from water sources collectiing chamber to water supply pump house storage tank/PS Tank including necessary excavation and earth work , bailing out stagnated /muddy water and providing CID joint /Detachable Joint /lead wool etc complete to stop the leakage all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note for serial no. 41 to 44 : - (i) Contractor will depute Labour/Pipe Fitter and other required equipments to attend the leakage /complaint on daily basis as per complaint trace out and no extra payment made out on this account and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Complete site for attend the leakage can not be handed over to contractor ,Site of leakage only handed over the contractor on site requirement basis. (iii) Contractor/Supervisor will collect complaint of leakage from concern JE as daily basis and will complete same day. (iv) If leakage again found during the contract period at same location contractor will repair it again and no extra payment will be made on this account. (v) Contractor will provide equipments like JCB/tractor etc on his own arrangement for rectifying the complaint as per site requirement and no other payment will be made for the same.

Material and labour for construction of Solid PCC Block masonary valve pit of size (1000mm x1000mm x 1000mm) (internal dimensions) 200 mm thick precast cement concrete solid block masonary wall in cement mortar (1:4) over 100 MM thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering an cement mortar (1:6) internally, externally upto 15 cm below ground level provision of valve pit cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with ISA 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm thick angle iron frame all round including provision of hinges, lifting handles, and locking arrangement fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Block size 230 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm) including applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and necessary earth work in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing filter media (sand/gravel) from the filtration plany vaeesl type at water point no 2,3 & 4 and removing the same not exceeding 50 mtr and and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying filtration plant gravel round shape of size 6.5 to 12.5 mm as per the sampel all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Barakar river sand in filtration plant of effective size of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm as per the sample complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floor, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40 N / Sqmm (M-40 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick (compacted thickness) sand screed bed complete

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface.

Testing of water sample from different locations PS Tank , over head RCC tank for potability by chemical analysis as well as bacteriological potability from DISTRICT LABORATRIES BOMDILLA and submission of the report complete all as specifcied and as directed.

Supply only chlorine test kit with coloured sample complete with all testing fitments and 100 ml OT solution in rexine finish wooden box all as per sample complete all as specified.

Supply only OT solution in 200 ml bottle complete all as specified.

M&L for periodical Servicing & maintenance of Altoch dosing plant by providing specialist trades men including replacement of valve, rubber washer, check nut, connecting nuts, adapter and cleaning and servicing of solution tank and connected items to ensure that perfect serviceability of the plant and obtain required dosage to the entire satisfaction of the Engr In charge as directed. Note:- (i) periodical Servicing & maintenance shall be carried out for 4 times in a year for 1 plant & shall be measured as one Job for payment. (ii) Major spare part if found unserviceable shall be measured & paid separately as supply only.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite 65% to 70% chlorine content in packed with 45 Kg each drum (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment much more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochlorite complete all as specified and directed. Make : Aquafit or equivalent as approved by NMPT committee of E-in-C's Branch. Note :-1.The calcium hypochoride will be issued in sealed containers of capacity 30/45/50 KG, cost of same shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply only non Ferric Alum crystal type complete all as specified conforming to BIS 260 - 2001 (2nd Revision) Make : Assent Chemicals Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE.
