Cleaning of AC/CI pipes vertical or horizental from first floor to ground floor to inspection chamber by rodding throughly and removal of blockage by opening inspection chamber and flushing with water after cleaning all as specified and directed. (Cleaning of inspection chamber shall be measured and paid separately)

De-sludging / cleaning completely of soild/liquid sludge by pumping and or manually from inside the septic tank and removal of sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing in excavated earth pit of appropriate size duly filled up with earth in layors of 30 cm thick including spreading of bleaching powder and taking out RCC manhole cover slab for cleaning and re-setting in cm 1:6 after clearing complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 2 :- (i) Earth to be filled over the pit shall be filled after sufficient absorption of liquid and size of pit shall be made accordingly. (ii) To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas bleaching powder shall be spread as dirceted by the Enigineer-in-Charge. Cost of spreading of bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filing earth etc shall be included in the rate quoted under serial No 2 but supplying of bleaching powder shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning of sewage drain pipe, RCC hume pipe, cast iron pipe of 75 mm bore by rodding with sectional sewer rod/flexible sewer rod/ bucket etc throughly from inspection chamber to man hole or from one manhole to another manhole of any depth and size and well flushing with water after cleaning and including removal of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning the drain pipe and manhole garbage in excavated pit made for this purpose and filling up the earth complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Note:- (i) Lenght of manhole also to be measured in this item. (ii) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side in this operation some pipe line gots cleaned automatically which needs to be cleaned by rodding and paid to hence the same shall not be measured and paid. (iii) The unit rate of the items shall be deemed to included for removel of sludge/ waste water accumulated in manhole/ inspection chamber due to cleaning fo drain by rodding etc. (iv) The sludge obtained shall be deposited in the pit and filled up with earth in each layer 30 cm thick as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Supply only beaching powder shall be measured and paid seperately. (vi) Cost of spreading of bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling earth etc shall be included in quoted rate.

Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

S&F Second class Hard Wood (SAL/ Hollock/ Kalasiris) plain, solid, straigth chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made, 35mm thick plain, framed panelled shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commerical veneering on both faces. The size of rais and stiles shall be as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock / Sal/ Kalasiris), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks etc for hold fastes etc including provision fo necesary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F standard aluminum section powder coated in partition/ frame and door shutter, sliding windows/ ventilators and places otherwise not specified cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass or wire cloth or Bakelite sheet and all necessary fittings , hinges, screws, plugs, locking arrangements, Nylon ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed (Aluminum section shal be of make Jindal / Hindalco / Indalco).

Note:- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for paymet. Cost of other consumbles required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes/ Bakelite sheet/ wire cloth/ mortice lock / locking stay/ floor spring/ floor door stopper only will be measured and paid separatley under respective items and supply only.
