Comprehensive Annual Maintenance and breakdown attendance of DG sets for twelve months as mentioned here-in-after including periodical services, B-Check/ C- Checks falls during the currency of the contract, and preventive maintenance checks as specified in PS clause enclosed by OEM installed at 24 MMPU complete with and including replacement of defective parts during breakdowns, consumables as required: -

(a) DG Set 250 KVA, 3 Phase, Make- sterling DG sets, Engine Model - Volvo Penta TAD 754GE, and Alternator Model No- Leroy Somer LSA.46.2V L12, with AMF Panel - 01 No.

(b) DG Set 320 KVA, 3 Phase,Make- sterling DG sets, Engine Model - Volvo Penta TAD 1351GE, Alternator Model No-Leroy Somer, with AMF Panel - 01 No, Note:- 1. The scope of AMC service includes maintenance of serviceability and supply of healthy DG power supply till the point of AMF Panel output switchgear. Beyond the point shall be maintained by MES. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for critical spares on shelves recommended by OEM for uninterrupted serviceability of DG sets. 3. The vendor will ensure Quarterly inspection by OEM or any other agency as approved by GE and ensure servicing of DG sets as recommended by OEM and a report to this effect shall be produced to GE/AGE E/M soon after every inspection. 4. Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or by deploying any skilled technician. However, the spares replaced and workmanship must be acceptable and certified by OEM during the periodical inspections. 5. Maintenance and descaling of the Radiator as and when required during the currency of the contract is included in the scope of work. 6.The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above and the DG sets remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor. Item no. 2.00 contdd.. Note:1. Detailed specifications of equipment/devices described in Schedule A notes and particular specifications.. 2. The comprehensive maintenance includes attending unlimited breakdowns and spares of repair/replacement for satisfactory automatic operation of a complete fire fighting system, including all the electrical motors and Diesel engines with pumps, on the occurrence of fire instances. 3. Comprehensive Maintenance includes replacing all the defective Pressure Gauges, Sluice Valves, Diesel Pump Batteries, Electrical control panel Spares, Flow Switches, etc., which form part of the Fire Fighting System. The Contractor has to ensure the smooth functioning of all the firefighting systems. 4. Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Diesel pump, Engine, Jockey Pump,, Main Pump - 02 Nos with Electric Motors and Radiator as recommended by OEM (Kirloskar) is included in quoted rate. 5. The contractor may have to carry out maintenance of all equipment as per the agency approved by GE. 6. A monthly testing in presence of user rep for satisfactory automatic operation of fire fighting system, Fire Hydrant System and Fire Alaram, detection and sprinkler system is included in the scope of work. Certificate to this effect duly signed by users shall be submitted to Eng-in-Charge, failing which the item shall not be considered for payment. 7. The contractor shall arrange half yearly visit by Authorized agency only as approved by GE for Automatic fire control panel inspection (Make- Schrack) and certify the performance of panel. 8. Repair of Minor leakages in the complete UG Fire Fighting pipeline and Fire hydrant Outlets are included in the scope of work. 9. Replacement of defective fire hydrants and Fire Hose cabinets are within the scope of CMC and replacement/ repair of hose reels found defective/ Unserviceable during the currency of the contract is included in the scope of work. 10. Replacement of defective sprinklers during the currency of the contract is included in the scope of work. 12. Painting entire exposed pipelines, fire hydrants, and hose cabinets is included in the scope of work. 13. Cleaning of the entire fire water tank once every six months is included in the quoted rate. 14. The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above, and the fire fighting system remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor. Record for periodical maintenance shall be maintained as recommended by OEM and submitted to the GE/Eng-in-Charge every quarter. 3.The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above and the air compressor remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of folowing cranes for twelve months installed at AFS Gwalior including routine maintenance checks and periodical services and attendance of unlimited breakdown calls with required spares all as directed along with following connected acessories: - Note :- 1. The EOT cranes shall be periodically (monthly/Quarterly/half yearly)checked for lubrication in moving parts, oil level in the gearbox & function of mechanical parts such as brakes, limit switches, motor operation, etc as specified and as directed. 2. The contractor shall arrange Quarterly inspection and servicing by OEM or authorized agent as approved by GE to check the worthiness of cranes and ensure periodical servicing & maintenance checks as recommended by OEM. Minimum 04 Preventive maintenance visits is deemed to be included in the scope of work. The scope of work includes all the Electrical and Mechanical aspects including Panel switch gears, contactors, rewinding of Motors (if required), drives, and all other requirements mentioned in the PS Clause. 3. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of annual load testing as instructed by the Eng-in-Charge in the presence of the user. 4. Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or authorized agent as approved by GE by deploying any skilled technician. However, the spares are replaced by original manufacturers and workmanship must be acceptable only by OEM. Any such repairs/replacements shall be recorded and acceptance certified by OEM shall be endorsed during periodical inspections. 5.The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above and the crane remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for twelve months of blast resistance PLC operated doors and swing doors as mentioned here-in-after installed at AFS Gwalior including routine maintenance checks and periodical inspection and services by OEM reps and attendance of unlimited breakdown calls with required spares all as directed along with following connected acessories: -

(i) Swing doors -05 Nos.(7 ftx6 ft )

(ii) Swing doors -07 Nos.(3.5 ftx 7.4 ft )

(iii) PLC operated blast resistance motorized sliding doors with control panels and SMPS based , 24 volts DC operated relays, contactors & interlocking mechanism -04 Nos.(7.7 ftx 6.7 ft )

(iv) PLC operated blast resistance motorized sliding doors with control panels and SMPS based , 24 volts DC operated relays, contactors & interlocking mechanism -02 Nos.(17 ftx 9.6 ft )

Notes for item no. 5.00 to 5.05:- 1. The Doors shall be periodically checked for lubrication, oil level in the gearbox & function of mechanical parts such as brakes, limit switches, motor operation, etc as specified in Schedule A notes and relevant PS clause enclosed or recommended by OEM in writing during currency of the contract. 2. The contractor shall arrange Quarterly inspection and servicing by OEM or any other agency approved by GE to check the worthiness of all motorized doors, PLC operation & associated electrical and mechanical accessories and ensure periodical maintenance checks as per relevant PS clause or schedule 3. All Major/Minor repairs/maintenance or breakdown attendance can be carried out either by OEM or by any deploying skilled technician. However, the spares replaced by original manufacturers, and workmanship must be acceptable by OEM. Any such repairs/replacements shall be recorded. 4. All the PLC doors and connected Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic spares including PCB and Controllers are to be replaced as and when required during the currency of the contract. 5. The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the aboveand the doors remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for twelve months and breakdown attendance of central air conditioning plant (High Side) as mentioned here-in-after. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance of plants as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers in addition if any installed at 24 MMPU complete with replacement of defective parts, consumables, and necessary tools & plants as required, etc during breakdowns. The plant shall maintain the desired temp. and humidity as specified here-in-after during the contract period for the following AC Plants: -

(a) Central Air conditioning plant ( High-end and low-end along with all electrical/ Mechanical components) High and low with Hydronic Module, 2×54 TR (1 Standby ). Make of the plant: Carrier. Design temp 24±2 degree centigrade and RH% - 60±10 (b) Indoor units of cassette-type ACs (04 Nos) installed in offices forming part of central AC 54 TR. Make -Midea,

(c) Central Air conditioning plant ( Air cooled type) with Hydronic Module, 2×33 TR (01 Standby ). The details of major components, servicing / major repairs done since installation are given in relevant Sch A notes.) Make: Carrier. Design temp 24±2 degree centigrade and RH% - 60±10

Note for item no. 6.00 to 6.02 :- 1. The AC plants shall be inspected and serviced once in 3 months by an authorized service engineer of OEM i.e., Carrier. A detailed inspection/service report shall be submitted to the Eng-in-Charge after every Visit of the authorized service engineer of the OEM or any other agency as approved by GE. In case of repair/ breakdown, rectification shall be attended & Plant shall be made functional within 48 hours from the time of reporting the complaint in the complaint register specifically maintained for this purpose. Attendance of repairs and servicing of the main plant (High-end equipment) is to be carried out by an authorized service engineer of OEM only. The Maintenance of the Low-End System is to be carried out as per the relevant item as described here-in-after and the description provided in the PS. 3. The quoted rate shall include repairs to ducts and plenum along with repairs to pumps and motors complete all as directed. 4. The Contractor shall arrange a qualified Operator round the clock (including a reliever) for safe and efficient operation of the AC Plant and connected equipment. Penalty @ Rs.1000 per hour shall be deducted for any absence of the operator 5. The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above and the AC Plant remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for twelve months and breakdown attendance of central air conditioning plant equipment as mentioned above (low-end ) along with all electrical/Mechanical components other than Item mentioned here-in-before from AHU-02 Nos to final diffusers including Electrical control panels as mentioned here in after. All checks and periodical services and preventive maintenance and replacement of defective items of plants as specified and recommended by the respective manufacturers for satisfactory operation of the plant is deemed to be included in the AMC. Note:- a) Complete checking and inspection (Quarterly) of Air Handling unit and replacement of Belts, spares of AHU and replacement of damaged insulation, rewinding of electric Motors. The contractor has to provide standby spares to ensure continuous operation of the plants till the spare is repaired or rectified. b) Unlimited number of breakdown calls during contract period including 4 Nos routine maintenance visits. c) Repairs to, or replacement of water piping and all types of valves associated with water piping such as gate valves, globe valves, NRV, modulating and mixing valves, makeup water, expansion tanks, Fire dampers, Modulating Valves, Motorized fire dampers, Balancing valves, including any other equipment. d) Main electrical panel defective components for the air-conditioning system if required to be replaced/ replaced. e) Painting of plants, insulations on equipment, and its associated equipment all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. f) Repairs to, or replacement of electrical installation like cabling, switchboards, isolators, panels with associated ammeters and voltmeters. g) The Contractor has to attend unlimited breakdown calls within 48 Hours of complaining either verbally or in writing by JE/Engr-in-charge. If the Contractor fails to comply with the above and the AC plant remain non-functional, a penalty @ Rs.10,000 per complaint shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor.
