Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i)Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

(ii)Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Hot rolled deformed bars

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron Jor L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers mplete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board. Facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)110 mm diameter

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i)Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i)In cement mortar
