Dismantling of OH ACSR conductor of any size and removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of HT insulators of any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channels or angle, section etc complete and setting aside for reuse or as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire/cradles of any size or distributor span, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement Aerial Bunch Cable 3 core x 95 sqmm + 1 x70 sqmm massanger, aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, UV resistant black outer sheathed, coforming to IS:7098 (Part-2) including fixing on 11 mtr HT poles with suitable GI suspension clamps, deade end clamps, piercing connectors, line hardware, binding materials with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Anchoring clamps with hooks suitable for all sizes of AB cables.

Tension clamps suitable for all sizes of AB cables.

Supply and fixing Dead end clamps for HT cables.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9.0 Metre long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contract with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint and painting of bottom portion of the pole upto 0.75m from top of the copping with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole No with synthetic enamel white paint on black colour circle of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel in door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of suitable size made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE not less than 50 mm outer dia (THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg Back fill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit should be covered with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggrggate,of size 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item : After completion earth resistance shall be recorded with earth megger and the record should be submitted to to department duly signed by contractor.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 3 m depth for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, heavy duty, single phase, AC, 230 Volts, 50Hz, BEE 5 star rating, ISI marked complete with down rod, canopy, blades, BLDC motor without remote, electronics fan regulator etc and connecting up complete including complete connection from ceiling rose to fan and writing of MES Number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
