Providing Access to Mullur Satellite Township Area Development Scheme in KM.48/447.00 M to KM.48/809.80 M LHS of NH-226 at Mullur Village, Pudukkottai District

Open Earthwork excavation for foundation & Basement in all soils and sub soils to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and drawing as dircted by the departmental officers. (Including Refilling) 0 to 2 m depth.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One of Cement, Five of M-Sand and ten of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and basement using 40 mm size hard broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recomended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m) 7730 KG. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (3.3 CUM) 5136 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (4.79 CUM) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering including laying, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Foor/RCC slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). (Foundation & Basement).

Supply and erecting, centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 mt high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee (or) Ell beams, lintels, Bed Blocks, slabs, landing beam, canopy side slab or boxing or vertical slabls, rectangular or square or round columns etc. as detailed below with all cross bracings using MS sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid silver oak or country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced about 75cm center to centre or at nsuitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One of Cement, three of Msand and Six of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation and basement using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting, baling out water wherever neccessary ramming curing etc. complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement for all floors including cost of binding wire, bending, tying etc. all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Note: Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels to be got approved by the competent authority before use)

Collection, supply and filling with Gravel in the low lying area in layers of 150mm thickness free from all deletrious materials including cost of gravel and conveyance of good gravel of approved quality and stacking to Departmental guage for premeasurement to the work spot, labour charges for watering with soft potable, water and consolidated with power roller of 8 to 10 Ton capacity including cost of tools and plants, labour charges for spreading etc., all complete complying with relevant standared specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing and laying Sub Grade with Quarry Rubbish of good grade of material for 150 mm consolidated thickness with 1.50 Cubic Metre of Quarry Rubish, 0.38 Cubic metre of quarry dust and 0.30 Cubic Metre of gravel (for filling the voids) to cover Ten Square Metre area and to give CBR of 10 on prepared sub grade including cost and conveyance of all materials at site of work, labour charges for spreading, watering and consolidated by power roller of 8 to 10 Ton capacity, Hire Charges for tools and plants etc complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Wet Mix Mecadam base course on the proposed sub base for 150 mm compacted thickness in two layers of 75mm thick with 0.396 Cubic Metre of 45 to 22.40mm graded metal, 0.528 Cubic Metre of 22.40 to 2.36mm graded metal and 0.396 Cubic Metre of 2.36mm& below graded metal for one cubic metre of consolidated thickness, cost and conveyance of all materials at site of work, mixing in base mix plant, conveying the mixed material by tipper to site spreading with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 8 to 10 Ton static weight and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope, Hire and fuel Charges for tools and plants such as Loader 5 Cubic Metre capacity, Tipper, Base Mix Plant (Pug Mull), Water Tanker 6 KL Capacity, Vibratory Roller 8 to 10 Ton Capacity, Motor Grader 110 HP, etc all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flling in foundation and basement and other similar works with Filling Stone dust in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification, including cost of filling sand and as directed by the Departmental officers.
