Fabrication and Installation of Insect Net House for Cultivation of Potato Seed-Tuber Production of size 28.00 x 20.00 Mtrs & Area 560 SqMtr with central Ht of 4.00 Mtrs & of rectangular shape. Made of ISI make GI Pipes of the following sizes : 48mm OD for Insert, 60mm OD for Columns, 42mm OD for Purlins, 42mm OD for corner Hockey, Cladding materials of PE Woven fabric Milky white 40 mesh 105 gsm Insect net UV stabilized fixed to Purlins via Aluminium profiles & GI Locking wire. Foundation of telescopic insertion in cement concrete at 1:3:6 ratio. Side Gables to be fixed with 2mm thick PVC Chords.

100mm dia PVC Pipe :100mm Nominal dia 5.0 mm wall thickness medium casing (CM) PVC pipe as per ISI 12818 pipe should be standard length of 6m

Screen filter :100 mm outside dia tubewel screen filter (ribbed) 5.0mm wall thickness as per IS 12818 standard length of stainer should be 2m as per IS.

Drilling and Installation : 100 mm dia shallow Tubewell drilling bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes scaffolding other tools and plants. etc. and taking out the same all complete.

Labour charges for lowaring of pipe strainers, blank pipe etc. and fitting fixing the same including cutting, threading where necessary complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection (for 100 mm dia)

Filling of course sand : Supplying and filling upto the annular space between the well pipe & bore hole by course sand and including watering as necessary as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Fitting acccessouries :Supplying fitting fixing including supplying suitable jointing compound for fixing in position threading if necessary etc all complete 100 mm dia MS Steel cutter pipe upto 450mm long with socket.

Clamp : supplying and fitting fixing 250x32x6m thick MS supporting clamp with 2 Nos 12mm dia 65mm long bolts nut, washer of each side

Plug :100 mm dia plug approved make

Washing and development by pumping with 30 cum per anum capacity pump for a period till sand for the water comes.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing out door type panel board for pump operating including 32 AMP rewardable type main switch indicator lamp, 10 AMP DP MCB, 40 AMP Isolator & Outdoor type lamp fiiting inside panel board complete. (Size of panel board 30 inch x 18 inch x 14 inch with 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch angle 3 feet long leg

Supply and delivery at site of Submersible pump (4" dia) directly coupled with single-phase, 50 HZ, water cooled submersible motor for installation in the 100 mm dia tubewell of the following specification. KSB make 1 HP Model No CORA 1N951570

Installation of 1.0 HP submersible pump motor set by making chain pulley arrangement to the tube well bore and wiring of 3- core flat coper cable from motor to starter point incl. Binding the cable with the column pipe making connections and testing the pump satisfactorily

1.1 Kvgrade, 1.50sq.mm., 2 core, PVC flat copper submersible cable (Finolex) for 100 mt. boring.

32 mm. Dia heavy quality PVC pipe including all fitting fixing (Socket, long bend etc.) for column pipe and delivery pipe.

Bore well cover

U type iron clamp (3" width) with all necessary accessories for housing the pump and column pipe on the top of the bore well

Supply of Fully automatic Standard, 1.5 HP, DOL Push botton panel type submersible pump starter.

Laying of 2 core, 16 sq.mm. XLPE, PVC AI/A cable in UGT 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (Eight) nos, bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply of 1.1 grade, 2 core, 16 sq.mm. PVC/ XLPE, AI/A cable (Havell’s, Gloster, Crystol).

S & F 4 core, 16 sq.mm. M.S. cable gland complete.

Finishing the end of 2- core 16 sq. Mm. XLPE/PVC, AI/A cable by crimping method.

Earthling with 50 mm dia, ISI medium GI pipe 3.64 min thick x 3.04 mts. Long and 1 x 6 SWG GI wire (4 mts. Long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mt. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mts below the ground level

Supply, fitting and connection of 8 CG solid copper earth wire from earth pit to pump panel.
