The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act and should be Manufacturer of Fabricated Metal products/ panels/ enclosers.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should have minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing testing and supply of Fabricated Metal products/ panels/ enclousers as on date of bid submission.Purchase order/order completion certificates in respect of experience of minimum 3 years as manufacture, testing and supply of sheet metal panels/ enclousers shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should have obtained Orders for Fabrication works of any structures/ panels with value not less than 100% of the amount put to tender (However it will be 50%of amount put to tender to Micro and Small Enterprises) in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) The Bidders shall furnish the copies of the PO / delivery invoices with value issued by the purchaser.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Bidder during last three financial years should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50 % for Micro and Small Enterprises)during the last 3 preceding financial years i.e(2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) (last 2 preceding financial years for Micro and Small Enterprises) i.e(2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).Certified copies of audited Financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) shall be uploaded.
