Dismantling water tank of capacity exc. 250 ltr and n. exc. 500 ltr complete.

S&F for 500 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top),three layers, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F in replacement of ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe. (minimum weight-210 gms)

S&F in replacement of 15mm dia bib taps, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed .

M&L in replacement of 15 mm dia stop valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both side for iron pipe or for union and fixed .

S&F in repair brass chromium plated shower roses 125mm size with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union.

S&F in repair 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipe or lever etc.

S&F in replacement of PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm and fixed all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm and fixed all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia suitable for coupling 32 mm & 40 mm dia and 600 mm long complete all as specified .

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exc 250 lits and not exc 500 ltrs capacity complete

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot's moulds, moss efflorescent, salts& trading oil, greasy spots and filling cracks/holes by putty and applying one coat of white wash complete.

All as per item No.13 above but in ceiling.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot's moulds, moss efflorescent, salts& trading oil, greasy spots and filling cracks/holes by putty and applying two coats of white wash complete.

All as per item No.15 above but in ceiling.

M&L for prepartion of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of wall primer over 2mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F for factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinges, stainless steel,ISI marked of size 100 mm.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section of length 150mm long.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised of size 100 mm.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rubber beading 50 mm x 15 mm size for fixing as in door cill and similar situtation including necessary drilling, cutting etc complete.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia fancy type, decorative PVC coated best quality drapery for curtain with brackets and decorative end knobs (As per Sample) fixed to walls using PVC plugs and full thread steel screws all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with bead complete.

S & F 3 mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beading in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beading in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

S&F 3 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or wooden beadingin squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in any type of mortar.

S&F 16 to 18 mm thick marable (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for joint free Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 .

M&L for joint free Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in skirting,dado etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 .

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 X 300 X 7 mm/300x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over rendering10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plater in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spcified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and .applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&l for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified .
