CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU):Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level.

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :

Lintels/coping, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars,posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,etc complete.

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement Plaster (In Fine sand) on RCC surface with 12 mm thick plastering with cement mortar specified below, finished rough including hacking, scaffolding,curing, etc, complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Complete as per direction of engineer incharge. The rate is inclusive of applying a primingcoat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Asian (cleaning the surface,etc) and and post to be embeded on cement concrete.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works Note: M.S gate has to be made as per design/drawing.

Providing and fixing Grid Layer of approved size by welding or bolting etc. to Cattle Guard and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
