Electrical Maintenance Works in 220/132KV Switchyards, Cable laying, Shifting and Jointing and Cleaning of various outdoor and Indoor Electrical Equipments of B and CTPS

PART-A:- Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of 220KV Switchyard equipments as well as for carrying out the preventive maintenance works on as and when required basis.

Cleaning of pollution deposited on 200KV Generator Bay including insulator string grouted on T.G. hall wall.

Preventive maintenance of 220/132KV and attending oil leakage of CT & PT.

Preventive maintenance of 220kV Sequential isolator without bearing overhauling.

Attending air leakages from 220KV Air Derived CB.

Attending gas leakage & filling of SF6 gas in 220KV SF6 breaker in emergency.

Replacement of 220KV CT/CVT including terminal cabling and connected works.

Replacement of 220KV L.A including terminal cabling and connected works.

Cleaning greasing and adjustment of isolator without O/H of bearings.

Attending Hot Spot points in Switchyard and Transformer yard CTPS, HTPS.

Following works are to be carried out for removing the pollution deposits from the insulator discs and petticoats of 220KV Switchyard bays equipments to avoid the spurious tripping and consequential damages to the equipments work includes cleaning the pollution deposits from the petticoats of bay equipments by removing the layer of dust & dirt with the help of old cloth and then removing the pollution deposits with petrol & markin cloth followed by final cleaning with fresh markin cloth.

Bay equipments located on auxiliary structure which are supported on ground.

220KV bus-1, Bus- II & transfer bus.

Supported insulator string discs/ buses.

Disconnection & Re-connection of Jumper from SF6, Breaker/CTs/PTs.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of 220/132kV CTPS switchyard air compressors, heat less air driers, compressors to keep the system trim & healthy round the clock basis including Sunday holiday & night hours.

Breakdown maintenance of electrical and electronic control, annunciation and protection system including the cost of consumables and spares required to attend the fault.

Minor overhauling of compressors for Air Drive CB.

Replacement of damaged post insulators/post insulator with isolator arm as per following scope of work (i) Jumper to be opened of the post insulator of one phase. (ii) Damaged post insulator to be removed after opening the Nut & Bolts. (iii) New healthy post insulator to be replaced. (iv) Jumpering to be done after completion of work.

Maintenance of Bus Bar (i) Damaged/defective ACSR Dear/DOG Conductor to be dismantled from Bus Bar, dropper of Isolator, CT, PT as per opening its PG Clamps, T-Clamps etc. (i) Damaged/defective ACSR Dear/DOG Conductor to be dismantled from Bus Bar, dropper of Isolator, CT, PT as per opening its PG Clamps, T-Clamps etc. (i) Damaged/defective ACSR Dear/DOG Conductor to be dismantled from Bus Bar, dropper of Isolator, CT, PT as per opening its PG Clamps, T-Clamps etc.

Maintenance of Bus Bar (i) New ACSR Conductor to be replaced with attachment i.e., PG Clamps, T-Clamps, End clamps etc. (ii) Jumpering to be done as original.

Replacement of Gaskets & Valves of Transformers:-

Replacement of Valves Gasket

Replacement of Gasket of each pole of HT Bushings

Replacement of damaged radiator of LT transformer

Providing manpower for service support for performing different tests such as Tan Delta Test, Primary Injection Test, Circuit Breaker Timing, Contact Resistance etc. of CTs, PTs, CBs, CVTs, isolators etc. as per following scope of work: - (i) Shifting of Testing Equipment from Test Lab to site. (ii) Opening the jumpers/clamps of CT/PT/LA/CB/CVT/ Isolator/Transformers etc. from both sides as decided by Engineer Incharge. (iii) Connection of Test Leads to the equipment to be tested. (iv) After testing, tightening of jumpers/clams to the equipment to be tested as decided by Engineer Incharge. (v) Shifting of Testing Equipment to be tested from site to Test Lab.

Tightening of flexible jumpers & nut-bolts, earth strips etc. of one bushing of Unit # 07 Generator bushing/GT LV side maintenance.

Replacement of damaged flexible jumpers of one bushing of Unit # 07 Generator bushing/GT LV side maintenance.

DG set maintenance of ‘B’ & ‘C’ TPH (Providing manpower for service support for replacement of damaged rim gear, self, balancing of DG set etc.)

PART-B: -To look After Regular Work in 220/132KV Switchyard.(including Sunday and Holidays) by providing 02 manpower (01 Skilled and 01 semi-skilled) alongwith cleaning work mentioned in scope of work.

PART-C: -Cable laying, Shifting & Jointing

Removal of old and damage PVC / XLPE armoured power cables of following size: Upto 3x95 Sq. mm

Removal of old and damage PVC armoured power cables of following size: Upto 24x2.5 Sq. mm

Shifting of new PVC/XLPE armoured power cables and laying, dressing & tagging of the same: Upto 3x95 Sq. mm

Shifting of new PVC armoured control cables and laying, dressing & tagging of the same: Upto 24x2.5 Sq. mm

Jointing of old and damage PVC / XLPE armoured power cables including jointing kit & other consumables of following size: Upto 3x95 Sq. mm

Jointing of old and damage PVC armoured power cables including jointing kit & other consumables of following size: Upto 24x2.5 Sq. mm
