Outsourcing of services for Operation and maint of electrically operated automatic passenger lifts (two lifts in a bldg) including daily preventive maintenance and cleaning of lifts and trouble free uninterrupted service with deployment of trained attendant cum lift operator for each bldg/tower for each shift of 08 hrs and three shifts in a day which are installed at gothic line for the following buildings/Towers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Tower/Bldg No 299 (b) Tower/Bldg No 300 (c) Tower/Bldg No 301 (d) Tower/Bldg No 302 (e) Tower/Bldg No 303 (f) Tower/Bldg No 304 (g) Tower/Bldg No 305 (h) Tower/Bldg No 306

(i) The contractor shall deploy total 24 operators (8 operators x 3 shifts) on every day.

(ii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per Operator. No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

(iii) One No operator shall always be present in each shift in each bldg including sundays and holidays, In case of absent of any operator, the penalty @ Rs 800.00 per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(iv) Qualification of trademen/operator shall be Matriculation or SSC with 2 years experience in operation of lift /ITI

(v) Operator shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. Contractor shall be prepare duty roster of operator duly signed by all concerned and submitted to concerned in Engr-in-charge/office. This will be mandatory for payment of RAR.

(vi) Operator shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 150/- per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(vii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of day to day general cleanliness of premises (cabin of Lift) and cosumable items (cotton waste/brush/oil lubrication/liquid soap and key of lift etc which are required for normal maintenance.

(viii) Age of trademen/operator shall not be below 18 years and not more than 60 years.

(ix) The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess,EPF, levies etc as applicable including GST.

(x) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India/State/Govt local authorities which is highest and which specific minimum rates of wages shall be payable to manpower provided and necessary proof of payment shall be made available to Engineer-in-Charge as when demanded. In case any complaint is received regarding delayed and non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor to worker/manpower/operator the GE as principal employer shall pay directly to the operator engaged for the job for in given month on the account of contractor and amount payable shall be deducted.
