SPL REPAIR TO DRAIN AND BOUNDARY WALL AT SALARIA ENCLAVE, DWARKA AND PROVN OF ENTRY GATE SHED AT SALARIA OFFICER ENCLAVE UNDER GE (WEST) DELHI CANTT-10

Excavation in trenches n. exceeding 1.5m wide and n. Exc 1.5 mtr in depth, for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 1.5 m n. exc. 3.0 m in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 3.0 m in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 , type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of existing open/ covered drains including culverts of any width and any depth including removal and refixing of existing good quality drain covers, removal of loose soil, cement, mud, garbage, debris, sludge (liquid/Dry), vegetation, tree roots etc. in around drain for a meter on either side complete in any position manually or mechanically outside MOD land and dumping the same according to local Municipal guidelines complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.
