Providing precast cement concrete Jali/ vertical baluster pillar as per approved size and design 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.75 mm - 100 mm thick.

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Forming groove of uniform size from 12 x 12 mm and upto 25 x15 mm of minimum thickness of 80 mm in plastered surface as per approved pattern using wooden batten, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repairs to the edges of plaster panel and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the EIC.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex) on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade including primer coat after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete.

Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like (upto 10 ton)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleanicn the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(ii) In Cement Mortar.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (upto 10 ton)

Providing and filling good garden earth with leveling of existing natural surface, watering, ramming etc. complete in layers as directed by engineer in-charge. (

Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye inter locking concrete block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M200 pnumatic compressed by mechanically pressed and as per approved design including 75mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level etc complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 25 mm x 0.4 mm M.S. flat and 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required and 40 mm inner dia Vertical G.I.pipe(thickness not less than 3.00 mm) @ 2.5 mt. c/c and two horizontal (Top & Bottom) , 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm M.S. Angle etc. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
