M&L for disconnection of electric supply and water supply pipe line of solar water heater/ collector plates of any size from site for repair/ overhauling/ replacement of unserviceable parts including nut and bolts with washers and refixing the same in serviceable condition after assembling , testing and reconnecting the electrical and water supply line complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of heating element 3 KW, suitable for solar water heater (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old tank and supply and fixing of 200 LPD hot water tank fully insulated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for descaling of pipe line with chemical powder and liquid (4 Kg each) of solar collector plates, solar water heating tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable collector glass panel with heating resistant glass panel of size 2.08 Mtr x 1.01 Mtr of thickness not less than 8 mm including cleaning of broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable collector panel used for solar water heater based on in directed transfer of heat of capacity 100 LPD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding work of rusted portion of complete set of collector panel including metal/ GI pipe where necessary complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S insulated 15mm bore pipe and S&F hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc as required at site laid in walls through proper clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S insulated 20mm bore pipe and S&F hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, sockets, reducers, unions etc as required at site laid in walls through proper clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the geyser of any size/type/make from site for repairs/overhauling/replacement of unserviceable parts including replacement of old nuts and bolts with washers heavy duty including disconnection of electric supply, water supply lines and refixing the the geyser in the serviceable condition after assembling, testing and reconnecting the electric/ water supply line complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of unserviceable parts of old geyser shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here in after except bolt, nuts and washers."

Repair and overhauling of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ Cabin fan/ Wall mounting fan/ Table fan/ Pedastal fan of any size by oiling/ greasing and reassembling the fan with new split pin, check nut, locking nut, washer, holder clip & connector. Testing and refixing of same fan shall be made to the entire satisfaction. Note: Repair work will be carried out at MES workshop/at site/ Users Residence as directed. Material required (Ball bearing and Condenser) for replacement of items will be measured and paid separately.

Note: Rewinding shall be carried out in Yard No II, Painting of Fans deemed to be include in respective Item.
