INTAKE : - Sub-Station Operation & Guarding of indoor Sub-Station for Transformer 11/0.433. KV (2 x 630KVA ) for operation and guarding of Substation equipment’s at Intake with all accessories engaiginh for 2 (two) nos. operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C (Including Bonus, EPF ESI)

Pumping Machinery Operation and guarding of all vertical turbine pumping machinery each having motor capacity of 150 KW including others pumps, L.T. PDB panel , MCC Panel individual Soft starter panels,electrical gadgets, actator operated butterfly valves, flow meters, level indicators etc installed at intake pumping station and internal & external illumination complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries for round the clock supply of water by engaging 3(Three) nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C (Including Bonus, EPF ESI)

Testing and calibrationand different relays, breakers, for smooth operation of 2 x 630 KVA Sub-Station by any testing Agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board as per direction of E.I.C. ( preferable in the internalval of 6 months) [Payment to be made only after submiting of nesessary report]

WTP: - Operation, guarding of clear water Pump 3 nos. (2W + 1S) each of 110 KW Back wash pumping machineries 25 KW , Dewatering water pumps, L.T. PDB panel cum MCC panels of individual Soft starter panels, Pump Control Panel, along with other accessories and electrical gadgets, actuator operated butterfly valves, flow meters, level indicators etc an inside the WTP pumping station and internal and external illumination complete with all other electrical accessories and ancilliaries indoor Sub-Station for Transformer 11/0.433. KV (2 x 800KVA) for operation and guarding of Substation equipment’s for round the clock supply of drinking water by engaging 4(Four) nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C. (Including Bonus, EPF ESI)

GASEOUS CHLORINATION PLANT AT CLEAR WATER Operation & guarding of gaseous chlorination system two(2) Set installed at site for feeding chlorine gas in the drinking water for disinfection of the same by engaging 2(Two) nos operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C (by Dep’t.supplied Chlorine Gas )(Including Bonus, EPF ESI)

Supervision charges for Gas Plant by Gas Plant Supervision and the cost of visit charges of the Gas Plant Supervisor at least two day in a month along with expart technician for servision of the installation for the above period as per direction of E.I.C

Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisor's certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor for checking of Pumping station, Sub-Station D.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments PDB panel, MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries, indoor & out door lighting , valves with actuators along with all other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meter to keep the system in healthy condition. N.B-Minimum 2 day in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building .

( preferable in the internalval of 6 months) [Payment to be made only after submiting of nesessary report]

Cost of refilling of 900kg empty cylenders from authorised liquid chlorine refilling station including charges of testing of cylenders, transpotation etc all complete as per technical Specifications given in NIT

Annual internet data maintanace charges of 33(thirty three) nos SIM and cable internet cannection and cloud charges as per direction of E.I.C

Annual maintenance of all Water flow meter & system including all necessary component of SCADA ( in case of data transfer failure due to fault on parts of agency , a fine will be imposed @ 1% per seven days from Bill)
