Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposing serviceable tiles to MES store and the rubbish/debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors, plinth protection/path/pavings etc not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD landcomplete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frame, not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water GI tubing and connections including cleaning and Relaying / refixing of old serviceable steel tubing in new or old position including necessary cuttings, threating and new fittings such as bends, elbows, sockets, nipples, tappers and reducers etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed/gauzed skeleton shutters for door, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc; size of the members of shutters as specified in SSR Part- I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as directed.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block coard core & plywood face panels commercial type on both side conforming to IS 2202 (Part- I) -1999, including internal liping beading all round fixed as in Door Shutter,Cup board shutter & Kitchen rack all as specified. MAKE : - Kit Ply / Mysore Chip boards /Century Ply boards / Indian ply woods / Green Ply / Archid Ply

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on faces of stone masonry in CM 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
