False ceiling with GI snap grid frame work of size 595mmx595mm in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (glavazized @ 170gms/sqm and bottom exposed width prefinished with leaked polyster paint) consisting of main 'T' runners with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 38x24x0.3mm spaced at 1200mm centre to centre and cross 'T' of size 24x25x3mm 1200mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600mm center to centre to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm and size 24x25x.3mm to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grid of 600mmx600mm and wall angle of size 21x21x.3 and laying false ceiling tiles of 4mm thick fiber cement buidling board, non asbestos (minimum weight 4.8kg/sqm) fixed or laid/inserted to GI form work with screws/clips for false ceiling work including, wherever required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, frills, light fittings, fixtures and smoke detectors etc. Main 'T' runners shall be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia and 50m long metal dash fastner, 4mm GI rods with galvanised steel leveling clips spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main 'T' section (false ceiling system shall be capable to bear distributed load of minimum 15kg/sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood work and joinery exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls externally and applying one coat of cement based paint including cleaning all window panes from splashes / dropping of all as specified

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- B MS plates (Plain or chequered) channel, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm long complete all as specified.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as requiredas specified complete.
