Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main LT Panel, as per IEC 61439, cubicle & modular type, made of 2 mm thick electro galvanized steel/CRCA sheets for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 54, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, including cleaning & finishing complete with all process, powder coated, painting, with front face having openable transparent tempered glass door with PU gasket complete with handle and gasket, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415v, 50 Hz AC system with Al.busbars extensible on both sides, fabrication shall be done in transportation sections, entire panel shall have a common earth bar of suitable size at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with FRLS. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable allays, cable gland plates in two half, interconnections including supply & installation of following items and as per detailed technical specification.

2 Nos. of 400 A, TP, Ics=Icu=36 kA, MCCB with Microprocessor based release having adjustable over load and adjustable short circuit.

1 Set of Indication Lamps, LED type, R,Y,B each with 2 Amp. SP MCB for protection.

1 no. Intelligent multi function digital meter to read V, A, KVA, KW, KVAR, PF, Hz etc with communication facility (RS485 module) and LED display with CTs 500A/5A/5A, 15 VA burden, class 0.5 accuracy for metering and control circuit wiring with 2 Amp. SP MCBs for protection.

BUSBARS

1 set of high conductivity Aluminium electrolytic grade, bus bars of minimum 500 Amps capacity, TPN with heat shrinkable colored sleeves andnon-combustible, non-hygroscopic, high strength SMC/ DMC/Polymer material bus bars supports at required intervals.

ACCESSORIES FOR ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL INTERLOCKING

Electrical & mechanical interlocking arrangement as per specifications among 2 nos. Incomers including interconnections etc. as required.

SITC of Digital Grounding Device, 240 kA 3 phase 4 wire portable type with built in surge suppressor, Low Impedance equipment Grounding provides 100% protection against Lightning Surges, static charge, Noises etc. and eliminates abnormal electrical disturbances which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0 Volt, self health visual status indicator in a Pre-wired pulverulent body painted metal enclosure to be connected in parallel to the power supply circuit, Conforming to relevant IEC, CE Marked, CPRI/NABL tested etc complete as required.

SITC of Inverter type Spilt A/C Units wall mounting type of 5 Star Rating 2.0 TR capacity consisting of non ductable single type room unit (fan coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of sealed compressor suitable for operation single phase, 230 V, 50Hz supply, including fixing the outdoor unit on a raised platform as per manufacturers recommendation and fixing of room (fanc Cu coil) unit, providing and making interconnection between room & condenser up to standard length (3 mtrs), comprising of 1" dia drain PVC pipe, refrigerant copper piping, electrical cabling from power plug, etc complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting/ LED type fitting of all types, complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ wall/bracket, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way prewired Per Phase Isolation (PPI) Vertical- 4 Tier with phase segregation and separation between incomer and outgoings type TPN MCB distribution Board of steel sheet for 415 volts on surface/ recess complete with loose wire Cable End Box, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, with per phase neutral and earth bar, duly prewired with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor up to terminal blocks, tinned copper bus bar,neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, MCB isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, MCB isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply of 500 mm sweep 3-speed switch control pedestal fan suitable for 230 V/240 V 50 HZ, AC supply complete as required and equivalent to Model-FARATA FT-01 of Orient Make.

Supply of 20Watt 4000K WHT LED type surface spotligtht with aluminium structure with adjustable engine to achieve the desired illumination angle with integrated LED driver complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 415 volt, 50Hz LT panel and other Electrical materials with all other accessories from NAV-AIDS Switch Room by disconnecting electrical connections, earthing connections of panels and transporting upto AAI store by engaging skilled and unskilled manpower, mechanical means with required T & P etc complete as required.
