Extension panels for I. 51-HV-203 Switchgear panel (Qty:4 Nos.), II. 54-HV-201 Switchgear panel (Qty:1 No.) & III. HV-259 Switchgear panel (Qty:1 No.) Total for new motors 6 nos., each of 630A, 6.6kV, 50Hz, 25kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 3wire, Single Front, Compartmentalized, drawout Type, Metal clad switchboard with enclosure protection of IP-4X (min.), Copper busbar with required hardware for integration with existing switchboards, Internal Arc tested as per IS/IEC 62271-200, ALFR for full short circuit current i.e. 25kA for a duration of 0.5 sec (min.) along with PRESSURE FLAP releasing Arc gases, Meters, Relays, Auxiliary relays, Protection, indication, alarms, Remote ECS/DCS/Annunciation panel with required hardware, software for interface (New or Modification of existing panel vendor to advise) with required interpanel wiring, looping with existing switchboard, associated terminal blocks and other applicable components, ECS interface panel (New or Modification of existing ECS interface panel) with associated interposing relay panel & other applicable components & accessories. Protection relay parametrization & testing kits at the time of testing & commissioning as required considering IEC61850 protocol to be arranged by vendor. Total no. of extension panels are 6 nos. on these 3 nos. of 6.6 kV Switchgears. + Third Party inspection, Start-up & Commissioning spares, Special tools & tackles

Modification of 15 nos. of existing motor feeder panels as shown below. I. 52-HV-203 Switchgear panel (14 Nos.) & II. 51-HV-203 Switchgear panel (1 No.) Total for modification 15 nos. motor feeders each of 630A, 6.6kV, 50Hz, 25kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 3wire, Single Front, Compartmentalized, drawout Type, Metal clad switchboard with enclosure protection of IP-4X (min.), Copper busbar, Internal Arc tested panel to match with internal arcing requirement in line with existing panel, Replacement of Existing Meters, Relays with IEC 61850 protocol , Auxiliary relays, Protection & Metering CT , indication, alarms, Remote ECS/DCS/Annunciation panel (New or Modification of existing marshalling panel if applicable vendor to advise) with associated terminal blocks and other applicable components, ECS interface panel (New or Modification of existing ECS interface panel if applicable vendor to advise) with associated interposing relay panel & other applicable components etc., as applicable with all necessary accessories & components. Protection relay parametrization & testing kits at the time of testing & commissioning as required considering IEC61850 protocol to be arranged by vendor. Per diem charges (per person) for 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days.

Overtime rate / hour for work on weekly off days/ holidays (as applicable to Refinery site).
