PROVISION OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR BLDG NO P 523 VTC COMPLEX AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” / HT CABLE class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE-insulated, armoured, heavy-duty electric power cable with copper conductor of 1.1 kV grade, having cross-sectional area of 400/300 sq mm, 2-core. The cable shall be installed as per standard engineering practices, including proper saddling and fixing on wall surfaces, with two runs of cable provided per outgoing feeder (O/G) and connected with end termination kit (ISI marked). All materials, labour, tools and accessories required for complete installation shall be included in the scope of work.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 22000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core

Supply, Fixing, Testing and commissioningof Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) 1600 Amps, 4-pole, 50 kA breaking capacity, complete with weather-proof outdoor double-door enclosure. The ACB shall be a fully moulded, fixed type, manually operated. High short time withstand capacity IcuG) = Ics = Icw for 1 sec for total selectivity, 100% rated neutral pole, S1 Frame, protection through microprocessor releases (BR18G) , self diagnostic microprossesor based releases with on load testing through TEST button. The outdoor enclosure shall be fabricated from heavy-gauge CRCA sheet, powder-coated, rust-resistant, and IP-65 or higher degree of protection, with proper ventilation louvers fitted with insect-proof mesh. The double-door design shall ensure ease of maintenance and enhanced safety during operation. All accessories including auxiliary contacts, shunt/under-voltage trip, mechanical interlock, cable termination lugs, earthing provisions, mounting frame, and necessary hardware shall be included in the scope of work. Installation shall be completed with proper alignment, testing, commissioning, and recording of parameters to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation (make BCH Cat No BM95585OOOO or equivalent in ABB ,havells)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
