Repairing of horizontal girder along with change of rubber seal of Mahanadi Barrage Spillway Gate No 10 15 23 44 46 69 76 and Under sluice Gate No 05 for the year 2026 2027

Dismantling damaged Top and Bottom Horizontal Girder web plate, stiffeners angles of Spillway gate no- 10,15, 23, 44, 46, 69, 76 and Undersluice gate no -05 etc. by way of gas cutting mahine , supplying & cutting steel materials to required size, fabrication & erection of the same and then grinding, polishing by the help of jhula, temporary walkway bridge,safety belt,helmet, ladders. including cost of materials, loading, unloading, consumable, T&P & cess etc complete but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of rubber seal "P"type side seal (P53 x 110 x 12mm) & Bottom seal (75mm x 12mm) to Mahanadi Barrage spillway gates after gas cutting of old nuts & bolts including cost of materials,conveyance,T&P, scaffolding, labour etc complete but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of rubber seal "P"type side seal (P53 x 110 x 12mm) & Bottom seal (75mm x 12mm) to Mahanadi Barrage undersluice gates after gas cutting of old nuts & bolts including cost of materials,conveyance,T&P, scaffolding, labour etc complete but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Before application to primer coat an absorbent is to be applied to remove very fine dust as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate in inclusive of cost of materials, conveyance, cost of T&P materials, scaffolding, labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and applying one coat Epilux 4 Zinc Rich Epoxy primer in dual pack (base and hardner) to give minimum 40±5 microns dry film thickness per coat as per on the previously cleaned surface immediately after surface preparation but not later than a time gap of six hours on the complete surface of the gates components such as skin plates, girder & stiffener etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and applying first coat of Epilux 555 high build coltar Epoxy black paints available in dual pack (base and hardner) to give minimum 150±5 microns over the primer coating on the complete gate surfaces and its components complete with cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, T&P materials staging etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and applying second coat of Epilux 555 high build coltar Epoxy black paints available in dual pack (base and hardner) to give minimum 150±5 microns over the first coat on the complete gate surfaces and its components complete with cost of materials, labour charges, taxes scaffolding, T&P materials staging etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
