Supply of 30W ±5 % energy efficient LED, outdoor Flood Lighting Luminaire suitable for area lighting without glare IP 65/66 protected single piece pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with corrosion resistnce powder coating, secondary optics with varrious beam angle option, suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz AC complete with driver, isolated driver compartment as specified in Technical specification complete as required.

Supply of 12W ±5 % energy efficient LED surface mounted downlighters suitable for indoor lighting single piece pressure aluminium die-cast body with premium diffuser suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz AC complete with driver, as specified in Technical specification complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED Flood Light fixture with all accessories directly on existing GI Pipe bracket/ ceiling/Wall including supply and connection with 3c x1.5 sq. mm flexible PVC insulated, copper conductor, from loop-in loop-out box to fixture connector terminals and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED indoor, surface mounted downlighter directly on the ceiling with all accessories and connection with 3c x1.5 sq. mm flexible PVC insulated, copper conductor, from the nearest light point to fixture connector terminals and earthing etc. as required.

LT PANEL (PTTA) SITC of weather proof, dust.vermin proof, DOUBLE DOOR having locking arrangement, self supported outdoor floor mounted, compartmentalised, powder coated cubicle type LT Panel suitable to withstand rough usage and weather. The Panel shall be fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet complete with hinged door on front & back along with , doors / covers for individual inside compartments with 100x100x5mm MS channel support/stand at the bottom, painting ,suitable fixing arrangement by providing cement concrete foundation including a provision of incoming and outgoing cables from the bottom with following accessories i/c internal wiring, earth connection etc. as required. Essential LT Panel (PTTA) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel, IP42 for indoor panel, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 50 KA for 1 sec , bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common Copper earth bar of size 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications. Dismantlling of Existing 415V, 50Hz AC, Single FSU type panel having incomer capacity upto 250 Amps and with maximum 20 Nos. outgoing of various capacity including disconnection all the terminations of incoming and Outgoing Cables/Wires, making temporary power supply arrangement wherever power supply to equipments/unit cannot be disrupted, shifting/Termination of all the outgoing and incoming cables to the newly installed panels, shfiting of the dismantled panel to AAI store etc as required. (For Switchroom Panel)

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required

Supply and fixing of water proof, weather proof, rust proof hinged door Bus Bar Chamber of suitable size & 200 A (for 3.5 x 150 sqmm cable) on the wall fixing with suitable size MS clamp, busbar & lugs arrangementred.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.( Double run)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply of 1200mm 5 star rated ceiling fan suitable to operate on 230V, 50Hz ac supply

Dismantling of MCBDB of TPN, 415V upto 4 ways i/c re-routing of submain/ circuit/ power socket outlets from the above DB to newly installed DB in the Departure switch rooms

Providing and Fixing Earth bus of size 32x5 mm G.I Strip all around the switch room wall with G.I C-clamp.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required (roof of terminal building).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Pole muffing of size 0.40M x 0.60M for street lighting pole or post top lantern pole i/c Providing SMC /Thermoplastic Junction box fixed with 4 pole terminal block of 32 Amps, 0.5A MCB, Din rail etc , 3 x 1.5 sq.mm flexible interconnection wires etc. as required.

Chase cutting of wall including providing 32 mm dia PVC pipe, MS box, Phenolic Laminated sheet etc for lowering the following Wires from wall neatly below the trench cover after disconnection if from the DB/sand as required 4x10 sqmm = 7 nos 2x10 sqmm = 2 nos 2x6 sqmm = 2 nos

Supply of C.I. collar water tight round metal container of outside dia 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick case iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and under ground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole center at two side surface center 3" above bottom surface to receive 2" dia B class GI pipe suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole center of 260mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts as required including installing it in the ground with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 480 x 480 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:3:6 150mm thick.
