Replacement/upgradation of damaged components/parts of 250 mm dia. NRV (Non Return Valve) on delivery lines including painting of delivery lines along with allied works at LIS Raya

NRV (Non Return Valve ) Recapitalization of 250 mm dia. NRV of unit no. 1,3,5 and 4 fitted with 250 mm dia. delivery pipe by way of loosening/cutting old worn out /rusted nuts and bolts of flanged joint with the help of required tools and hoisting mechanism etc. Carriage of complete valve assembly to workshop for repairs. Fabrication and fitting of new body rings made out of bronze as per sample. P/F of hinged pin and hinged pin plug fabricated out of stainless steel as per sample and also servicing of bypass arrangement along with p/f of gasket for top cover , flanged coupling joints of bypass valve and flanged coupling joints connecting bypass valve with main delivery line. Greasing and reassembling of all the parts and carriage of the complete valve back to site followed by its fitment it with delivery pipe by p/f of gasket on inlet and outlet ends replacing of old worn out /rusted nuts and bolts. Complete painting of the valve and delivery manifold (inside pump room) after removing dust/dirt/rusting/any other foreign material by using scrubber/ emery paper/wire brush to make the surface smooth & fit for painting and then apply one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of anti-corrosive paint of high quality. The Job includes the cost of material, handling of material to and fro carriage charges, labour charges, casting, fabrication, finishing, machining etc. (C/Job). Greasing and reassembling of all the parts followed by its fitment with delivery pipe by p/f of gasket on inlet and outlet ends replacing of old worn out /rusted nuts and bolts.
