Re-tender for Annual repair of MV Rajagopalachari for the year 2026-27

Hole obserbed in the port side cargo hold bulkhead , hole observed in the FWD transom bulkhead near the chain locker compartment and Cropping & renewal of plate, side fender pipe, flat bar & other fitments is to be done including beaching of the vessel as required as per direction of Surveyor/EIC.

Vertical wooden fenders on side to be renew after fairing of holding plates and section. (Size: 7" x 4" x 9')

Harbour Genset Alternator (10 KVA) is not delivering output voltage and also Exhaust bellow found cracked same are to be rectified/repaired as required as per direction of EIC / surveyor.

Cost of spares (actual + 10%)

For painting of above water level from LWL to deck, ship side, all deck, toilet, anchor chain compartments, void tanks engine rooms, store rooms, super structure and all compartments, cargoholds of the vessel to be scrapped, chipped, wire brushed and painting of above water level from LWL to deck, ship side, deck, toilet, anchor chain compartments, engine rooms, store rooms, super structure and all compartments, cargohold of the vessel to be done by two coats of exisiting colour marine paint after application of one coat of zinc chromate primer as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

PORT side Main engine Hydraulic clutch unit to be checked/repaired/rectified with renewal of spares as required as per direction of EIC/Surveyor. (2 Nos. Hydraulics filters to be supplied as per sample.)

Labour charge

Cost of spare-parts / materials and machining charges on actual plus 10% basis.

PORT side anchor chain slipping from Gypsy same to be rectified/repaired and Both side Anchor windless to be serviced, anchor chains to be drawn out, calibrated, painted along with renewal of spares and operation of both to be shown as required as per direction of EIC/Surveyor.
