REPAIR/ REPLAEMENT CUM CLEANING OF WATER TANK, REPLACEMENT OF GI/CPVC PIPE LINE, SANITARY WORKS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS IN ZONE A, B and C AND CERTAIN BLDG IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R BHDC UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete wall surface, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% (Make :- Fosroc/ Nausar or equivalent) by weight of cement, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Ready Mix Plaster (pre-mixed with graded sand, cement and additives), conforming to IS: specifications, applied in thickness 10 to 12 mm on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, mixing with clean water as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Ready Mix Plaster (pre-mixed with graded sand, cement and additives), conforming to IS: specifications, applied in thickness 12 to 15 mm on external faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, mixing with clean water as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and rough (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Ready Mix Plaster (pre-mixed with graded sand, cement and additives), conforming to IS: specifications, applied in thickness 6 to 8 mm on ceiling surfaces including necessary scaffolding, mixing with clean water as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings includind forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep as per approved pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over and primer and 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved (Colour scheme shall be as approved by the GE & user) over and including a coat of priming paint and 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Asian Apex Ultima or equivalent of make specified in PS.
