Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and wel watered &rammedetc . Complete including cost of sand .

Supplying all T &P, labour for C.C (1:4:8) by using 4cm size H.G. metal (Hand broken) including Laying,Compacting, curing with all cost, conveyances, royalties & taxes etc complete as per PWD Speicification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC work of M 20 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalingthen after casting including cost of materials complete. R.C.C. foundation and Plinth bend and footing bases of columns, mass concrete, pre-cast slabs etc.

R.C.C. Beams, Columns, girder and bressmer etc.

Fly ash Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) by using 9" size Bricks including all cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Super Structure

12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) for brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick or work stone masonry. Per 1 Sqm.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying fitting & Fixing of Precoated Galvanized Iron Profile Sheet Semi gloss of 1000mm Width & total Coated thickness 0.50 mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. complete including cost of sheet & all fittings(per 1sqm)

Supplying all materials labour T&P for providing Mild Steel Tubular Posts and Trusses and Base Plates made out of ERW tubes,Grade YST 210 confirming to ISS no.1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly Painted with Red Oxide Primer etc Complete.

Supplying fitting & Fixing M.S.Iron grills & Placing in position etc all complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with weather coat of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of weather coat over a coat of primer etc complete.

Painting two coat with any approved paint including cost of paint

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for laying, fitting & fixing 80mm thick Cement Concrete inter locking paver blocks of M 40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction by mechanical means , cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern and laying the blocks in required pattern over the prepared hard base surface , finishing and sweeping extra sand in pathway including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities of all materials and T&P etc all complte confirming to IRC:SP-63:2018 and its ammendments if any etc all complete as per the required specifications and directions of the Engineeer-in- Charge.

Kerb Stone: Supplying all materials, labour T&P andfitting and fixing of pre cast cement concrete kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 150mm of M30 grade concrete of approved make, Design,colour and size made by block making machine with proper campaction fixed in required patern etc complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984 etc all complete as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge.
