Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc 1.50 sqm each including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc including brick work of jambs and cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each, including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc including brick work of jambs and cill in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of existing sunken floor treatment up to a depth of 0.90 metre, including plaster, and disposal of dismantled material and debris outside the MoD land including waterproofing treatment to existing sunken floors and walls comprising the following :- (a) Laying 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, to maintain the required slope. (b) Applying 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on sunken floor and wall surfaces with integral waterproofing compound, as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 at the rate of 0.50 kg per sqm on prepared floor and wall surfaces. (d) Applying hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm. (e) Laying APP based polymeric waterproofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 kg per sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) as per manufacturer's instructions. (f) Providing one 40 mm dia GI pipe spout, 0.45 metre long, in the sunken floor. (g) Filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) up to the required level as directed. (h) Re-fixing floor trap of approved size and type at the required location. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacturer as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Ponding test of the roof shall be carried out for a continues period of 72 hrs both before and after the roof treatment, as specified and directed. The quoted rate shall be inclusive for the ponding test. In the event of any leakage being observed during the ponding test after completion of the roof treatment, the same shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost and the ponding test shall be repeated until satisfactory results are achieved. (iii) Where new floor trap required, the same shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by Engineer-in- charge) area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick laid in floors etc over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing by machine complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser/treads of steps (full length in single peice), skirting, dado, pillar & the like over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing by machine complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 450 x 300 mm or 600 x 300 mm or as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
