Scope of the work : Refurbishment and modernization of the existing library to integrate additional programmatic components, including breakout spaces, exhibition area, faculty room etc. The facility shall be planned for an approximate user capacity of 300, with shelving infrastructure for-27000 volumes, ensuring optimal space utilization and circulation efficiency. The scope shall include all necessary selective demolition to facilitate the proposed interventions.

1 Planning, Design, Drawing, Estimation, BOQ preparation and Supervision work etc. for provision of Main Entrance Gate (Gate No. 1) with Security Guard Room, Improvement of Gate No. 2, Improvement of Main Entrance to University Administrative Building. The selected Architect/Consultant/Firm will also be required to assist the University in obtaining Technical Sanction of the work and shall also depute an experienced site Engineer (B.Tech) for supervision of work on full-time basis till completion of work. (tentative 06 months). The Principal Architect shall also be required to visit the site during execution of work as and when required on regular basis. (All works as per direction of competent authority of CNLU Ground Floor – 1922 Sqm. First Floor – 830 Sqm. 2752 Sqm
(i) No cutting, no over writing shall be allowed.
(ii) Conditional bid shall not be accepted.
(iii) The Bidder whose rate for both the works taken together (i.e, combined becomes L-1 shall be awarded the work subject to building qualifying criteria.
