Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of PVC, cast iron 100mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of PVC, cast iron 75 mm or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down GI tubing of 15 mm dia and connection and incl cleaning for refixing or removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pressed steel frames for door (Factory made) out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete, size of frame 105mmx60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25x25x3 mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back fill to chowkats with PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: PCC 1:3:6 type C-O as in backfill will be measured and paid separately.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood half glazed and Skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/wire gauge etc. without sash bar but with lock rail edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/wire mesh etc sizes of member as per clause 8.20(a) of SSR-2009 part -I for door shutter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel door Factory made Box type (primer coated) ERW hollow section 3.0 mm thick, size for vertical and top rail 100 mm x 35 mm, size of middle rail 150mm x 35mm and bottom rail of size 200mm x 35mm single rebated comprises wire gauged skelton shutter with two Nos of FI section 12mm x 3mm complete welded to frame for holding wire mesh, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L cement concrete 50mm thick in 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surface, the surface must be sound & free from dirt, dust & loose particles, thoroughly wire brush the surface & clean the dust, wash the surface with water. Any damage surface must be repaired by using polymer modified repair mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Clean the surface, saturated with water and remove the excess water if any and bring to touch dry state. Applying the first coat of mixed @ ).75 sqm/kg, 1mm thick for 2 coats) Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K on the prepared surafce & allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Prepare another batch of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K and apply 2nd coat in direction 90 degree to first coat. Overlay protected screed using cement sand 1:3 along with Dr Fixit LW+ , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in sunken portion cmplete all as specified to received floor toping as specified after carrying out the required tests of water proofing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing existing treatment from roof surfaces such as tiling, tarfelt, fungus,moss,dust etc.,cleaning the surface of all foreign material by wire brushing and dusting and racking out RCC slab complete all as spd and removing the debries outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement up including mixing liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note- liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roof Treatment with the folowing specification :- (a) Applying evenly one coat of Bituminous Primer conforming to IS 3384-1986, @ 0. 3 ltrs per sqm over cleaned plastered surface. (b) Applying evenly one coat of blown Hot Bitument of Grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm on primed surfaces. (c) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Memberane 3mm thick (Minimum) weighting 3.5 Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm by torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application. (d) Applying evenly one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0 .10 Ltr per sqm over the APP based polymeric Membrane.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance 1.5Km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware or AC/RCC) 200 mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and removing the debries incluidng concrete bed and haunching from the trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 200 mm dia including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone agregates, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 200 mm internal dia double wall corrugated HDPE pipes (SN4) with integral socket and necessary fittings laid and jointed complete with collars in trenches on concrete bedding jointed in cement mortar 1:1, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in benches, coping etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Internal Electricfication

Taking down old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring concealed/batten (light, fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceilling roses, bell push bell electric lamp holder, bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type switch board wooden/iron, round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (Credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old and unserviceable, distribution board any type including, MCBs etc after removing all connection and make good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for Sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper condutctor FRLS< cable of 2 run 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6.0 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/5 Amps independent socket point/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLS< PVC insulated (unsheathed) down into an including new concealed PVC rigid conduit 1.8 mm wall thickness ISI marked terminated into CI/pressed steel terminal boxes including 3.00mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. External Electrification

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and making good Bottom surface for laying/removing of cable in soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&L and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core in and incl taking out old one, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Only the punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying common burnt clay building sub class 'B' brick, laid over sand cushioning laid at right angle along with cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated any type of soil to distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&L GI tubing light graded incl all accessories for encasing cables for mechnical protection laid under plinth/floors/path culverts with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles incl necessary threading/drilling works of sizes 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- MS work will be measured under separate item in schedule

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 623849.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
